Great, unless there is a good long snapper available at 33...

Evero gets 2nd interview tomorrow. But I don’t think anyone in the CC Round next week can interview this week. So Johnson, Monken, Macdonald, Wilks, Glenn, can’t interview with anyone.
Panthers may have to wait till after the superbowl if it's Lions vs Ravens

Would love to see Detroit make the superbowl

Man I’d be thrilled with either of these guys. Baker and Goff both were presumed to be on the decline when they got to their respective teams and they have absolutely gotten the most out of them.
Let's see how they do against Wilkes defense next week

Raheem Morris could be exactly what we need. I hope he gets a real shot at this.
Would love to see it

It seems like at least four of these jobs have narrowed their focus to one candidate. Leaving us, Seattle, and Washington. I still think Ben Johnson and Mike Macdonald are the cream of the crop. We could have a real chance to get one. We'll see what happens in Philadelphia, but it feels like Sirianni is probably safe. Things have broken well for us.
True, but the owner is still Tepper

Stop using stupid PFF grades when selecting players and actually watch their college games. Some of the best college games this year had no Panther scouts in attendance. Analytics is just a bunch of statisticians who never actually played the game. Nerds don't belong in football.

This is a result of the new NFL interview rules in which they make teams wait until after the divisional round to interview in person candidates currently with teams. It's not the Panthers fault.

Tepper doesn't want a GM, he wants a puppet

It's what he understands.
He doesn't get football.
Likely never even played any team sport. He was probably the kid that always got picked last at kickball and just rode his bike home crying to his moms basement.

Hell, he admitted that much after the Rhule disaater (said he thought he was gonna show everybody how it was done) but he also claimed he'd learned his lesson.

The smartest people in the room don't go around telling people how smart they are or keep trying to prove it. My step son in my second marriage had ADHD and thought he was smarter than everyone else. He would always tell people how smart he was and that he knew a better way to do things. Sounds a lot like Tepper.

If the Panthers hire a defensive HC, they should just stick with Evero

A lot of these players will be resigned by their current team before free agency starts.

The NFL was never going to be able to fine him enough to make it "hurt" financially. However, the personal embarrassment that he is now having to swallow due to this public temper tantrum, is hopefully what was needed to help bring about some true inner reflection. From here on out we could see a different David Tepper, one who learns to properly manage people, that allows the football people to make the football decisions, and sees the players as more than mere employees but rather assets that can help bring about true change within the organization moving forward...
on second thought, no, it's still gonna be a poo show.

The funny part is that Tepper deeply cares about what people think of him. He wants to be liked so bad.
I think he wants to be revered more so than liked but since absence makes the heart grow fonder...maybe he should just go to Bermuda for a few years to get away.
