I think the issue is using analytics to draft ATHLETES rather than old school scouts choosing the best FOOTBALL players.

This was a very good draft class. They're still rookies. We have to build around players like XL and Coker. There is talent, just not experienced enough to make a huge difference especially since we have no good QBs

Improvement: he only had to jump once to see over the oline. He still is too short to play in this league IMO
