The smartest people in the room don't go around telling people how smart they are or keep trying to prove it. My step son in my second marriage had ADHD and thought he was smarter than everyone else. He would always tell people how smart he was and that he knew a better way to do things. Sounds a lot like Tepper.

The NFL was never going to be able to fine him enough to make it "hurt" financially. However, the personal embarrassment that he is now having to swallow due to this public temper tantrum, is hopefully what was needed to help bring about some true inner reflection. From here on out we could see a different David Tepper, one who learns to properly manage people, that allows the football people to make the football decisions, and sees the players as more than mere employees but rather assets that can help bring about true change within the organization moving forward... on second thought, no, it's still gonna be a poo show.
