    There's two ways this can go. They build off it like 2014 to 2015, or they crumble, everyone gets fired, and people will be like..remember when that team made the playoff?!?! like they did with that Giants team that made the playoffs a few years ago.     Going to need to make as big of a jump to get to the next level. Next year will tell us if we go full rebuild or if they are a contender. If they win 9 to 10 games next year with that schedule, its a legit team.
