I have been a L.A. Clippers fan for as long as I've been a Panthers fan. Started following sports as a whole when Carolina became a franchise. Cleaning house doesn't matter. You could fire every coach, every scout, every person involved in any football related decisions, purge the roster and do an expansion draft 1995 style, and it won't make a single difference. The Panthers have their Donald Sterling, and until they don't, the results won't change. This, literally, may take decades to get better.

100% agree. If the choice is XL+TMAC or Ladd and No TMAC, I want the option with T-MAC. But my goodness if they still double dipped and got Ladd last year and TMAC this year, that is a duo you could build around for a decade.
