Dallasphere already proclaiming TMac a Bust

That's dis AND mis information. I don't live in a tree. That's why I hate those terms. They suck and should never be used. You're either lying or you're not. Just say that. Dis or mis implies that there is some truth there. And you're a liar. I don't live in a tree. -

It sure was. I went back and re-watched the 2015 playoffs as well. I don't recall ever seeing a stretch of MLB play like that in the NFL. That was better than anything I saw out of Urlacher or Lewis, and both of those guys were great but they were also surrounded by greatness. -

You remember when Bryce was benched last season? A lot of people got very defensive over Bryce, saying the Panthers had failed him. Well, here we are. I honestly think that line of thought is related to factors other than their play, which I won't name here, but so be it. -

My whole issue with the Sanders saga is the talk of his lack of physical tools. We drafted a literal a average man off the street first overall, and traded the farm to do it. He's got below average arm strength, complete outlier in height (if you like box and whisker plots), and average speed. All I know is that if Bryce had gone to Colorado, he would have been a fourth round pick and had Sanders gone to Alabama, he would have been a first round pick. The school matters, the college coaching matters, and I think that NFL teams, particularly coaches, were worried that if they drafted Shedeur, and the team failed, then Neon Deion would be there willing and ready to take an NFL Head Coaching job. 1. Big 12 offensive player of the year 2. Unitas Award Winner 3. Multi-All Conference Player 4. highest completion % in FBS 5. 4th in touchdowns in FBS 6. I believe 1st in yards in FBS 7. Four year starting QB All while playing in a Pro Style offense where your leading running back had 300 yards, all year long. He took a lot of sacks, but he was constantly in predictable throwing situations because they couldn't run. He nearly brought them back against USC in 2023. All I'm saying is that his resume is not that of a 5th round QB. If Sanders wasn't his last name he would have, at the least, gone in the 2nd round. That said, I'm hoping he shows up and shows out. I didn't care, and typically don't care about other teams players, but with the amount of crap he has taken just by being Deion's son, I hope he makes it and charts his own path. -

Nah man. I really don't think so. Lamb and Pickens are probably the best duo in the league. I'd put them over what the Vikings and Bengals have as well. Not that it's going to matter. Seems like Jerry Jones is having money problems. -

Luke absolutely was. He was almost as important as a quarterback. I don't know if they quantify wins and losses attributed to linebacker but if they do, Luke was undervalued. He was a top 10 player in the league for years, and should be a first ballot Hall of Famer. Had Luke played for the Ravens, he undoubtedly would have been a first ballot. Instead he languished here, and ultimately helped build a culture which the two Dave's worked to ruin. -

The dude for the Colts was really good for a few years, I forgot his name. I know that Luke was a unicorn. That said, instead of finding even above average LB play in the middle has not been on the teams to do list, and it's shown. We went from one end of the spectrum to the other, and I really, really hate it. There is nothing more beautiful than seeing an ILB just blast out of nowhere into the backfield to chase a back to the sideline. Or take off upfield against a tight end and bat a ball away. As I said though, we have a Top 7 corner in the league, and we finished with the worst defense in NFL history. For everyone saying that corner is more important than defensive linemen and the interior of the defense, you're crazy. College corners are more important because the hashes are wider and you've got more ground to cover. In the NFL, the play action is condensed and that middle of the defense becomes that much more important. Note, Sweisenger is going to be the next great MLB in the league. He may not be Luke but he is that quintessential type of dude. -

Why would the Cowboys care? Their receiving room is light years ahead of ours. The receiving room they have now is better than any receiving room the Panthers have ever had. 1. Lamb 2. Pickens 3. Tolbert Man those are three DUDES. What does a Cowboy fan care about Tet? I get really tired of people shitting on others they don't and will never know. So for tonight I hope Shedeur goes out there and proves everyone wrong, and I hope Tet goes out there and gets 100 yards on 4 catches with 3 touchdowns. -

It’s the son of a Hall of Famer, and a former employee of the NFL Network that many of them watched grow up. They are excited to see a kid who they’ve known almost his entire life get his shot in the NFL. I believed everything I’d read about him, and his entitlement as well. Watching him since he’s come in the league and then going and watching some of their content, I think a lot of that was overblown. People thought they would fail at Colorado as well, and the first game he comes out and throws what, five touchdowns and for almost 500 yards? I’d say count him out if you want but I’ll reserve judgment for now. -

Who? man, who cares what someone who has nothing to do with anything has to say? This is my one issue with the internet. Everyone has a microphone. Some would say that’s great, I would say that everyone doesn’t need one. -

The Browns got a middle linebacker in the 2nd round that is looking an awful lot like Luke Kuechly to me. obviously you’re not going to replace Luke, a Hall of Famer (in my opinion). My issue is that we didn’t even try. With Derrick Brown in place, our next move should have to been to evaluate and find an inside linebacker, then a safety, then you go outside. I love Jaycee but having a Top 7 corner in the NFL netted us the worst defense in NFL history last year. -
TMJ was a bad pick but on paper and in evaluations he looked like a very physically gifted receiver. It sort of reminds me of Xavier except Xavier has a sort of cult following due to going to USC. It was his rookie year but bro straight up lost the Eagles game last year. TMJ never lost us a game.

Kony played well a few games I thought but man, he looked like he could be an All-Pro. Never again though.
-
I, too, do not remember the end of the game once it became apparent what was going to happen. The drinks began to flow.
-
They looked lost early, and then they figured it out. By then, it was too late. The NFL didn’t cause the strip sack TD directly but the missed Cotchery catch did. They missed multiple personal fouls on hits to Cams head. All im saying is that the butterfly effect is real. Ever since that call on Cotchery, the Panthers haven’t been the same.
-
Physically gifted. Better?
-
If the Colts are going to suck as bad as Jones and Richardson looked, you may as well suck with Leonard. Looking like the kid from Duke that took them to new heights, and then finally got over the hump for Notre Dame. Steichen shouldn't overthink this.
-
Also, Anthony Richardson's pinky was at a 90 degree angle. Broken probably, dislocated definitely. If he can't get coverages right in a Preseason game, he has no hope. The things the NFL will overlook for physical traits are absurd.
-
Tyler Warren is still going to beast. He looked the part.
-
This is irritating. During the Pre-season I get the Ravens, Commanders, and Panthers preseason games. During the regular season, despite being within NC borders, I only get Commanders games. Right across the river, where I can kayak in about 30 minutes, I could get the Panthers games. The NFL needs to do something because there is no reason, as a resident of North Carolina, that I should be getting a game from a city two states away.
-
Quick: Tyler Warren is going to break rookie receiving records for all positions and Matthew Golden is going to be Rookie of the Month at least once. Tet will make plays but won't approach the heights of those two.

Who? I thought Huddlers has decided that only corners and edge rushers mattered to good defense now? Linebackers don't really matter man. Dime a dozen. That's why we replaced Luke Kuechly so quickly.... Our linebacker corp is screwed, and that's ironic to me. Get Ron Rivera in the building for just one off-season please. -
What is bro even doing now? He literally just disappeared. Didn't know his personal story until now. Spent a lot of time in juvy in Middle School, graduated high school at age 20, got paid, got lazy. Could've made generational wealth and ensured his kids never endure what he had to and, he created personal wealth. Oh well.

I wanted to, and still wish we would have traded down. Retain Wilks, retain Darnold, retain the battering ram at RB, build out the offensive line and build a smashmouth offense with deadly downfield play action passing. Now what I'm describing is largely the Lions, but that's what worked in 2022. Instead I've had to wait three years of time that I'll never get back, in my life which is limited like the rest of us, for us to maybe be decent again. That's what people don't get. Sure, we are just fans. But many of us have been around so long that you have major life events tied to certain team events in your memory, right or wrong. We have sucked for 8 years. The Panthers have not had a winning season for my middle sons entire life. That is insane. Make it worth trading our time to support your product. Time is the only currency we have that really matters and we hand it out like we can go pick more from the tree in the front yard. Y'all got me all philosophical now.
