  1. I LOVE McGrone here. But not sure how highly we have LB on our list of needs today
  2. I’m on IPhone and it’s not working for me
  3. Think we take a Safety at 39 if the right one is there?
  4. https://www.si.com/.amp/nfl/2021/04/30/nfl-draft-day-2-news-notes-patriots-mac-jones-eagles-devonta-smith?__twitter_impression=true The Panthers’ spot was another pivotal one in how the rest of the top 20 played out. Carolina went into the night with three guys in mind: Horn, Oregon OT Penei Sewell and Fields. My sense is that Sewell would’ve been the pick had he been there. And since he wasn’t, really it came down to Horn vs. Fields. Horn, the No. 1 guy on the Panthers’ board as they went on the clock, wound up edging out Fields and a couple others, for a number of reasons. One, they needed a starting corner, and thought Horn could clearly be a No. 1. Two, the receivers in the NFC South only highlighted that need in 2020, and probably would’ve again without reinforcements at the positions, with the team’s third-down defense a legit weakness last year. And three, Horn’s an immediate impact pick, and they didn’t want to force more resources into the quarterback position. So Horn was the pick, and as a bonus, the belief is that, in a nice-guy locker room, Horn will bring a little of the sort of edge that GM Scott Fitterer saw in the secondaries he worked with in Seattle.
  5. Have heard we are poking around feelers for Minshew
  6. We like Walker Little. don’t get it. Don’t want him with our next pick. think we go safety then Little next. Then if we get an additional pick, it’ll be WR
  7. Any chance we could move Up 2-3 spots if Moehrig is within range? I know we really like this kid
  8. He’s first on a lot of guys who know that position very well
  9. Would not shock me if we take the TCU safety if he is there
  10. Don’t see it. but could see them take a certain TCU safety if he is there
  11. Multiple all-pro level guys have said this kid is a star in the making we play in the toughest division in football as far as WR matchups this seasons schedule we have Michael Thomas x2 Julio, Calvin Ridley, Pitts x2 Godwin, Evans, Gronk, Ab x2 Stefon Diggs (arguably the best WR in football last year) Deandre Hopkins Amari Cooper, Ceedee Lamb Justin Jefferson, Adam Thielen Kenny Golladay That’s 11 of our games we face pro bowl caliber WRs this coming season the you have Curtis Samuel, Devonta Smith, Jaylen Waddle in 3 other matchups
  12. Obviously we have a glaring hole at LT. but our CB has been about just as bad. Plus we play in the toughest division in football as far as WR Matchup (Godwin, Evans, Julio, Ridley, Pitts, Michael Thomas) Horn is a STUD. An athletic freak, who also comes from good blood lines. He’s a straight dawg mentality type guy. Huge impact guy day 1. Heck, multiple all-pro CBs in this league have said this dude is the best defensive player in this entire draft and a star in the making
  13. Why do you think they mentioned trading up to 4 to 6
  14. There were multiple reports that we weren’t overly impressed with him at the Senior Bowl with our staff as the coaches. I would be shocked
  15. Pitts is our #2 overall prospect in our board. If he slipped to 4......to....6 we may like to inquire about that
