  1. I'm fighting something as well. Bout to chug some cold medicine take a hot shower then hit the gym. It's leg day, time to work.

  3. Haha I have a buddy that from what ive read is probably about your build and frame. When we were going hard I got up to about 215 and pretty solid, he was hovering around 170 but could out bench me. I just have a relatively broad chest..... sorry
  4. I go with my high school buddies motto when our basketball coach would scream at him about being strong while boxing out. "I don't actually want to be strong, I just want to look strong." This describes me perfectly when working hard at the gym. Compared to some workout buddies I look big as poo but they or put up way more weight. When will life or death depend on me picking something up. As long as I look the part, I'm good.
  5. Ugh bad bad workout. My legs are jello which is good but I felt very lethargic today. Think I'm going to puke now

  7. I'm down to 182 on this make shift diet and getting stronger by the day. Squatted 225 6x my last set on my last leg day. Not quite atg but good range of motion
  8. Anyone ever done a juice cleanse. I'm debating it, but no way im paying that much money. Anyone know of a cleanse on a budget?

  13. Went on vacation the 6th through 14th first day back in the gym. I've gained 8 pounds. Oops

  19. You're wrong on the last part or you are jogging really really wrong.
  20. Anyone do any smoothie stuff. I don't eat enough veggies and im debating drinking them. It would probably be cat if anyone has ideas lol
