  1. All this talk of trades in the top 10 and it just now happened. and for almost nothing.
  2. Welp, there you go. I like Horn but not at 8. We should have traded back. Wonder what offers we turned down?
  3. Well Damn....Trade back Please And a commercial. LMAO
  4. Unfortunately our D will be haunted by Pitts for years.
  5. Wilson looks like he just graduated from middle school. Damn I'm getting old.
  6. poor sap. He didn't look real happy putting that cap on.
  7. The 1st 2 picks should have taken a total of 2 minutes.
  8. This is going to be a loooonnngg night. Jags taking all their clock. totally not needed.
  9. If it's during the draft and we're on the clock with Denver, Chicago, New England and Philly behind us, we would get more than a 2nd from New England. The extra pick may not come until next year though. If Jones is on the board we could get more from NE I think though for sure.
  10. I've been saying for a long time that if Sewell is gone by 8 and any team between 9 and 15 want to trade, I say go for it and take O-line with our 1st 2 picks.
  11. I'd be willing to drop to 15 (trade with New England) for a package like that. 19 is a bit too far for me even with including Washington's 2022 1st as you suggested.
  12. We only have until the day after the draft to claim the option. If we don't he's a free agent after the 2021 season.
  13. No freak out and no doubt. Trade back as far as 15 if possible. There will still be good players at 15 and we could use the extra trade picks.
  14. Frankly I think Sam looks like a douch (dear admin: please forgive me this transgression if I've overstepped). But he's our douch now and I'm pulling for him. Our va jay jay (QB stable) could use a good wash.
  15. I'm Sewell all the way at 8. We must not neglect the protection of our QB regardless of who it is like we have for so many years. If he's gone and we can trade back do it. 8 is too high for Slater or Darrisaw. Fall back, get more picks and take the best OL available. I'm totally ok with doubling up on OL in the draft too. Then best CB/TE after that. Pitts is a luxury pick that does nothing for us if our QB is on his back.
  16. Not even considering a QB in the 1st or where we're at in the 2nd. Remember I said ride with Bridgewater. If we traded down out of our spot and got another bottom 2nd or top 3rd round I'd consider Trask.
  17. I get that. I guess what I'm trying to say is I would value Sewell before any QBs left after Lawrence or Wilson. In fact, I'd take him where we stand now before them. Personally I'd rather trade back a couple times in the 1st and stockpile picks for this year and next and ride with Bridgewater. Too many holes to fill. I wonder what we could get from New England to move up into our spot? Then see if Jacksonville would trade up from the top of the 2nd to 15.
  18. I wouldn't move up to pick 4 for any of the QBs other than Lawerence or Wilson. I would move up for Sewell.
  19. By this time in September we'll be 0-3 in preseason and be needing 2 free beers to cry in.
  20. We were so spoiled by having Wesley Walls and Greg Olsen over the years. Hard to live up to those type of expectations.
