  1. follow the link. it's the same picture.

  3. I imagine Philly would have to have a really bad camp to not make the roster. Bersin v. Norwood v. Hill v. Garrett for that last spot most likely.
  4. some have Dodd ranked higher on their board than Shaq Lawson. I don't know if he is gonna be there at the end of the 1st.
  5. That hit is up there with Dante Wesley almost decapitating Clifton Smith on a punt return for me. And Bengals punter Kevin Huber getting his jaw broken by a Steelers player.
  6. I'll take your word for it man. I don't mean to come off as accusatory, but from the angles I saw and the quality of broadcast I was watching, it was hard to believe that you could see his eyes. I gotta upgrade to a better TV for sure. I was gonna say I wish I could find a 1080p replay of it, but I don't think I want to watch that hit any more times than I already have. The OBJ-JNo head-to-head was bad enough and that wasn't even close.
  7. I hope I didn't come across as saying that Brown deserved the hit or that it wasn't a flag. Regardless of any embellishment (which again, I don't think there was) it is an absolutely brutal and dirty hit, one that is part of Burfict's body of work as arguably the dirtiest player in the NFL currently. Deserved the flag, a fine, and a suspension if the NFL is serious about cracking down on head injuries.
  8. 1. My initial reaction was that he sold the hit. I admit I was wrong on that case. 100% 2. I just don't see the eyes rolling back man. The hit was brutal I agree and you can tell he's unconscious, but I don't see it (maybe cause the videos highest quality is 480p?). 3. I wasn't watching it on a 55 inch TV and it certainly wasn't HD quality so I guess that could be why.
  9. You saw his eyes? From his body he does look unconscious, but my initial post was after seeing it in real time with one replay. After watching the replay I agree that he wasn't faking.
  10. Right after I saw that he was in the protocol I conceded that I was being too harsh. If you have a better angle than this, please share. But don't bullshit and say you saw his eyes from this angle.
  11. joey porter being on the field is an absolute joke as well. should have been a penalty on him for that too. still not sure what pacman's penalty was because i have yet to see him pushing a ref as nantz and simms claimed.
  12. bullshit man. no way you could see his eyes from the replay. camera wasnt even at the right angle to see his face.
  13. pacman has actually not been a big head case for the Bengals the past few years. Burfict has, but he also has been one of the best LBs in the AFC.
  14. targeting is a college rule. also a terrible rule because its often ends with hard, clean hits resulting in ejections. with how terrible the NFL refs are just imagine Luke or JJ Watt or some other fan favorite getting kicked out of the game in the 1st quarter for blowing up a screen and the refs not knowing the rules.
  15. heard he was in the nfl concussion protocol so maybe I was being too harsh. it looked overdramatic, but then again I haven't been (thankfully) on the other end of a hit that hard.
  16. I agree with you about the announcers, Nantz and Simms are idiots who act personally offended about certain penalties on certain players and not on others. Gio getting knocked out was an abomination. Shazier should be done for a game minimum. If the NFL wants to stop be a laughingstock, they need mandatory 1 game minimum suspensions for head hunting. Burficts sack was a clean, hard hit, somewhat reminiscent of TD58 re-injuring Romo's collarbone on that sack. I really don't think Burfict accidentally hit his helmet. He immediately patted his shoulder when gesturing to the ref, arguing that it wasn't a penalty as he didn't go helmet-to-helmet. But with Burficts reputation, and the way that game was going, he is a freaking idiot to hit a guy that late. And it doesn't hurt that the NFL goes to great lengths to protect star WR's. Antonio Brown sold that hit very well, and he is arguably the biggest WR in the game, bigger than OBJ, who was allowed to head hunt Norman with almost no repercussion.
  17. IMO Shazier's hit was more malicious and dirty, while Burficts was just dumb.
  18. I feel bad for the Bengals considering how good the rest of their team is plus how well Dalton was doing. Shame that Marvin Lewis might get fired over this.
