Panther fans were notorious for saying Peppers was lazy before he was traded
they also trash Burns frequently. Saints and Falcons fans only wish they could hate the Panthers as much as Panthers fans

I know, but you probably should. You obviously get no enjoyment out of them. How could you? I mean in your eyes they just suck and are a failure of a team destined to win 3 games.
Seriously, why bother?
this was me for almost the entire Matt Rhule era. that's why i was gone from the Huddle for over a year. i didn't vibe with Rhule and i didn't like the handling of Cam so i watched Manchester City and AEW until my interest in the Panthers was rekindled.
it's literally not even a bad thing. if you're miserable in your fandom, watch another sport or get into another hobby for a while until you feel the itch again.
i know that sports fanbases like to do the "i'm the biggest fan so i'd never do that" thing but we should be more cognizant of things needlessly impacting mental health these days.

Clowney [...] would probably get more sacks than rookie DJ Johnson.
i'm legitimately not sure that's true.

I feel like Clowney would be better just because he’s better against the run.
he's not better enough against the run to be worth it considering he's considerably worse than Yannick at pass rushing. 2 sacks in 12 games last year, might as well just go with YGM at that point.
he's also constantly hurt.

Reich 11 win max. 3 win min. 8.0 win avg. .547 win % (9 wins). 0 SB.
Rivera 15 win max. 5 win min. 8.2 win avg. .521 win % (9 wins). 1 SB.
Fox 13 win max. 2 win min. 8.3 win avg. .520 win % (9 wins). 2 SB; 3 conference championship games.
Hanging your hat on .027 win % to call Reich the more successful head coach? That is less than half a win over a 17 game schedule. Both Rivera and Fox were more successful than Reich in their first 4 to 5 years of being a NFL head coach.
Reich needs to prove himself, and he is not an elite coach. He is more of the same. Definitely better than Rhule.
I'm not "hanging my hat" on anything. You said Frank hasn't proven he can win like some guys that he objectively has a better win rate than.

He is trying to say...
Frank Reich has yet to prove he can coach a team to win at the level Rivera, Fox, and Capers did as NFL head coaches. Reich falls just short of Capers as an 8 to 10 win coach.
Frank Reich has a better win % as a head coach than any of these other guys you named.

We were 1 game off the playoffs last year, so to not predict the playoffs this year means you think we'll be the same or worse than we were with Baker Mayfield. That's not cautious, that's clinical depression.

Would explain why we avoided pass rushers like Adebawore to draft a run stuffing OLB instead.

I do think Bryce would thrive on having Laviska as an outlet in the flats

more passing yards WAY less rushing. maybe 4100 pass, 35 yards rush
He's usually good for a 10 yard scramble or so per game, I think he'll have 100-200 for the season.

Hes too valuable to me to be a backup and only coming in on special packages, thats why I think he should be traded somewhere he can start at SS or 4-3 OLB. However, if hes fine with that, then nice. We just have a great special package player.
It's not really a special package anymore. teams use the nickel more than base 3-4 these days. Our most common formation will probably be Burns - Luvu - Shaq, and then Chinn will play at big nickel instead of having another LB on the field.
Then we'll rotate in Barno for him on some blitzing down, and YGM/Johnson in run defense packages.

We aren’t sure he can see far enough over the line yet. Let’s see him play a few meaningful games before we start pounding our chests.
the Panthers line is the same average height as his Alabama line. Did he shrink?

his TE was taken 101 overall and analysts called it a terrible reach.

If I was the GM this is what I would have done:
Round 1: Bryce Young, QB
Round 2: Will Anderson, Edge
Round 3: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR
Round 4: Devon Witherspoon, CB
Round 5: Paris Johnson Jr, OT
