    Reich 11 win max. 3 win min. 8.0 win avg. .547 win % (9 wins). 0 SB.

    Rivera 15 win max. 5 win min. 8.2 win avg. .521 win % (9 wins). 1 SB.

Fox 13 win max. 2 win min. 8.3 win avg. .520 win % (9 wins). 2 SB; 3 conference championship games.

Hanging your hat on .027 win % to call Reich the more successful head coach? That is less than half a win over a 17 game schedule. Both Rivera and Fox were more successful than Reich in their first 4 to 5 years of being a NFL head coach.

Reich needs to prove himself, and he is not an elite coach. He is more of the same. Definitely better than Rhule.

I'm not "hanging my hat" on anything. You said Frank hasn't proven he can win like some guys that he objectively has a better win rate than.

    He is trying to say...

Frank Reich has yet to prove he can coach a team to win at the level Rivera, Fox, and Capers did as NFL head coaches. Reich falls just short of Capers as an 8 to 10 win coach.

Frank Reich has a better win % as a head coach than any of these other guys you named.

Hes too valuable to me to be a backup and only coming in on special packages, thats why I think he should be traded somewhere he can start at SS or 4-3 OLB. However, if hes fine with that, then nice. We just have a great special package player.

It's not really a special package anymore. teams use the nickel more than base 3-4 these days. Our most common formation will probably be Burns - Luvu - Shaq, and then Chinn will play at big nickel instead of having another LB on the field.

Then we'll rotate in Barno for him on some blitzing down, and YGM/Johnson in run defense packages.

  4. From what I've watched he has good instincts, but he's a terrible tackler. He wraps up and then begins a 10 minute struggle session where he tries to wrestle and drag the ball carrier down. Cam Newton would have ate his lunch money if he tried that.

If he can fix that and actually get some oomph to his tackles where he actually knocks them down, it'll be good for him.

If ridder hits, which I doubt, then they will be formidable.   They have some beasts on offense.    I think if it’s a coin flip for 2023 between us and the saints for the south

Ridder's ceiling is a mobile Goff, and I mean that's his ceiling, which he's unlikely to hit. Absolutely unphased by the thought of playing this dude.

Bijan will be a top 5 back in the league but so was CMC when he was here and we sucked ass. You can't win in the NFL off an RB alone.

  6. Going from PJ Walker to Bryce Young is a franchise altering move. None of the other teams made a franchise altering move. They all have journeymen QBs at best. We have a #1 franchise guy.

We were 1 game away from winning the division with a bunch of shitty QBs. We will win the division quite easily this year.
