ACC Champs next year. I can feel it.

I liked Harper, when he made good decisions. Which was not very often this year, and to his defense, he didn't have an O-Line like he did last year. He wasn't nearly as bad as Will Procter, lol. I kind of miss Charlie Whitehurst, he was pretty solid.
