Dude can play. No doubt about it. It comes down to whether or not he can stay healthy at the NFL level. He's the Bryce Young of this year's WRs.

What about the guy named Tank (whose last name I forget)?

We don't have a 1st next year. No way they want them starting 2 years from now.

We could draft Young or Stroud, trade them to somebody else for three first rounders, turn around and trade two of those first rounders for Jackson and boom! 😀

That is, of course, an incredibly stupid idea but it really wouldn't surprise me if somebody got behind it 😕

Young is most certainly not in the mold of the pocket passers of Stroud, Manning, Stafford or Flacco.

A passer isn't defined by his mobility... or the lack of it.

The ability to read, process, make the right decision and throw an accurate pass are what define them.

Pocket mobility is a good thing. Being a threat to run is also nice but not necessary.

Damn concussions...  I think they ended Luke early too.  My main point was there IS a concern with durability and size as Reich stated Young's durability is a concern.  Yeah it's easy to find players of normal size that have injury histories because there are so many of them.

If I remember correctly, Morgan had only one injury in college and that was minor.

It's just damn near impossible to predict that sort of thing.

Seems like you could create a test that spits out scenarios based on x's and o's

Asking what play you would pick out of the 4 against this coverage or against this offensive look. Asks questions about general football only things.

Maybe sprinkle in some off the field questions but still related to life as a player.

All the QB prospects do what they call "whiteboard work" at their personal interviews.

It's a lot like what you describe.

from what i've heard, his work ethic and dedication to the tape is just as elevated as Kuechly was. Supposedly he knows where not only his players, but defender players are supposed to be at any point during a play. He's supposedly that deep into preparation. In there before the coaches watching tape post game and pregame, coming up with plays to help take advantage of things he sees.

I'm really high on both guys and think they will both be elite, but Young's mind for the game impresses me probably the most.

When it comes to quarterbacking skills, Young would be an absolute dream pick for me.

But you have to get past that one big question...
