He was great on the PP earlier this season. Every time we put a new guy out there the PP gets a bump. Then it gets worse as the new guy learns our PP "system."

Usually, the main thing you worry about when playing a young rookie is them being unreliable and making boneheaded mistakes. I fail to see how Nikishin could be less consistent than Demi.
