  1. i couldn't take a dallas cowboy super bowl victory you all think the tom terrific circlejerk is bad? you haven't seen poo
  2. dallas media: every defensive lineman in the NFL:
  3. okay so the red carpet was rolled out and he was wined and dined by the owner and everybody cried at his amazing press conference where he talked about how amazing and awesome everything is going to be so what happens in training camp when he's getting his ass kicked by veteran nfl defensive lineman every day, getting poo talked to him, and carrying pads
  4. a rookie just stood up in front of the country and basically told every defense in the league that they're going to get their poo wrecked
  5. if they don't at least make it to the conference title game then it should be considered a failure that's the flip side of being a paper champion
  6. seattle was openly not interested http://blog.seattlepi.com/football/2015/05/07/are-seattle-seahawks-pursuing-lael-collins/#32669101=0
  7. there are 30 other forums doing the exact same thing as us right now
  8. couldn't you say the exact same thing for all 32 teams though. or if the list just has to be narrowed down all the teams that need an upgrade at tackle? i can't blame anyone for getting queasy about drafting a prospect who wasn't cleared as a person of interest for a rae carruth-level crime
  9. i've been here long enough to know that if cam was getting killed because a rookie UDFA was starting nobody would care about hurst's "awesome upside" that's just my take on it
  10. the panthers run a tight ship and there isn't much that gets out of our front office but since you asked: http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/05/07/report-lael-collins-in-dallas-to-visit-cowboys/
  11. that's not what i'm arguing -40 PFF grade and gave up something like 32 combined sacks/hits/hurries. i'm not saying bell is good but to keep bringing up a guy that, again, nobody would care about if he wasn't a tar heel and played nearly as bad is lol
  12. so you get to make a positive statement that the panthers didn't pursue him at all and everybody else has to prove you wrong cool story bro
  13. you'd be wrong because foucault actually graded out higher than him when he got snaps again, nobody would know or care who he was if he wasn't a tar heel and we didn't live in a state with the highest concentration of wal mart UNC fans in the country
  14. if some other team signed him that means the panthers didn't try i guess
  15. oh please are we doing the james hurst poo again the guy barely graded higher than byron bell and would have let cam get decapitated just the same. he gave up three sacks in one game last year and had a cumulative PFF grade of close to -40. nobody here would know or care who he was if he played for iowa state
  16. oh of course it wouldn't be. one of our resident luck boosters was going around this site prior to the afc championship game going "you cam huggers just wait and see; don't say i didn't warn you when luck takes an injured way less talented colts team into foxborough and punches their ticket to the super bowl" or something to that effect. then they got blown out of the stadium lol.
  17. seattle doesn't run a coryell variant and they don't need a dominant vertical threat for the system they run their offensive talent is extremely well suited to the west coast concepts in their passing offense. the seahawks' passing attack is just built differently than ours is and the comparison has never made sense to me. they actually had the fewest pass attempts in the league last season.
  18. yeah just reading the thread you can see that at least a few people have already decided that collins showed up at 800 south mint in a suit with a bouquet of flowers asking to be signed by the panthers and jer jer slammed the door in his face and released the hounds it's only a matter of time really
  19. yeah either that or 31 other teams throwing offers at this kid will cost us his services. you people frame it up like he's going to be begging to sign here and he's carolina's to lose or something. news flash it's a blue chip player at a high value position who will be signing for what amounts to peanuts with one team out of 32.
