    Regardless, Dan overpaid

I like Moehrig but he ended up with the highest contract for a safety. Patrick Jones has no business getting the deal he did. People look at sack numbers and that’s silly. It was the same thing as Wonnum. I went and looked at a few of his sacks and like Wonnum’s he benefitted from being the free rusher on a blitz

It’s so important that they’re smart with their money as we get into Young’s prime years. We got into cap trouble with Cam and I really don’t want to watch that whole story repeat itself

We’re going to overspend until we start winning.

    just how it is.

There’s also a big difference between our starters and most other teams. We’ve been bottom of the barrel since second half of 2018. Drafting a “starter” here is a lot easier than drafting a starter in KC so your stat, while true, doesn’t indicate that we are draft less starters each draft and we aren’t getting impact guys outside Brown and 50% of an impact guy in Horn.

After round 1, since 2018, Chubba is literally the only impact starter in 7 drafts. Thats horrific drafting and it’s why we’ve spent $270M on 2 guards, 2 DTs and 1 safety. People go to the SB when they spend that on their franchise QB, not on guards, DTs and safeties. I hope they all make the team better but overpaying positions we should be drafting and developing on the cheap is not the best way to build a contender.

Most teams aren’t the eagles and chiefs, but I agree with your basic point.

We’ve also spent a lot of time drafting guys for systems that are thrown out a year or so later when the coaching staff changes.

I still think our entire scouting department is one of our bigger issues. Until we consistently nail a couple of drafts, the GM is getting bad advice from somewhere. Whether it's Hurney, Gettleman, Fitterer, or Morgan...I'm tired of hoping to come out of drafts with 2 guys.

The league average is 2.5 starters per draft that start for at least 3 years.

We’ve been at maybe 1-1.5 the past 7 years.

100%. The depth in this class is outstanding at several positions of need. We need more 1st-3rd round picks. The value had at 8 isn't worth it, IMO.

Goes both way. If there is no value, who is going to give up picks to get up there?

    I doubt we’ll find a trade partner.

Plus he did transfer. Still need much more information. I want the police reports and statements by the women.

Plus Im sure if this happened in college, his high school would have similar stories. Plus just like with Watson, tucker, other scumbags.....they do not stop at 2, there will be other stories. Where's the proof??, otherwise unknown rumors.

There was one allegation in HS. He has suspended.

VA made him sign a zero tolerance statement about SA before he got to the school.

A 2nd allegation (that never went anywhere) happened in VA and he was kicked off the team b/c of that statement he signed.

May I right or did steve get up in front of everyone for his retirement speech to cry and thank his wife(ex?) angie?? He said she helped him with getting all his supplements and rehab/etc during his career. You fooled me Steve......

Cam cheated on his main wife/first GF. I remember some Kacey number 6 type gurl posted a YouTube video with her and BF calling Cam.

Im sooo fend up with adults being massive fugups.

Ever seen the Bill Burr routine where he talks about how nothing can prepare famous men for the platoon of women that will be running them down?

    Reminds me of these situations.

I understand and sympathize with the husband who was cheated on but honestly that was corny and cringe and just makes him seem like all he cares about is trying to go viral. It sucks and all but you aren't the only person out there that's had a marriage fall apart over cheating. Kick her to the curb file for divorce and get that out of your life. You don't need to make a spectacle on twitter. And honestly with how open she was texting things like that this guy had to have had suspicions already. There had to have been red flags when you married her. This can't all be a complete shock.

I feel sorry for Steve's wife and family who now have to publicly deal with this clownery. And that is exactly what it is on Steve's part. You are blessed multiple ways over and you are not a young kid anymore. Well he's gonna be paying up now. Good luck with that.

He said his wife had been arrested twice for domestic assault. Lots of red flags with that one.

I don’t condone it, but I understand going public like that.

He wants to get even with the parties involved and get his wife fired from the ravens.

    Petty…sure…but I completely understand it.

Let the man have his revenge.

I haven't seen any cut aways to her. There have been a few of Kelce looking completely bewildered.

They showed her on the Jumbotron and the crowd booed…lol.

I’m a Bryce fan, and he can definitely make throws with guys in his face.

But watching taller guys play, you see times when they are completely surrounded and the OL is in their lap and they can see and throw over that.

Bryce can’t make that play but it seems like he is moving out of the pocket before that happens which is what he should do.

Just curious - What were his very real limitations?

His arm looked stronger, he was decisive, he was throwing with anticipation, he had no trouble throwing over the middle of the field, and he even ran the ball with high efficiency. The only thing holding him back were the drops from the receivers and the defense not being able to stop anything. There were more 3 and outs than I'd like, sure, but other than the Cowboys game he played really well.

Height. Not being able to stand in a collapsing pocket and throw over the line with linemen up against you.

    Thats pretty much it.

    Not my story to tell.

But the thing that gets me is no one in here is paying a damn thing for this, but it doesn't stop people from turning into a bunch of spoiled whiny bitches in here.

Free service to y'all that people are giving up time, getting bitched at, and some are losing money over.

    Seriously, fug it.

I’m not complaining, just pointing out a tech issue.

I did pay Jeremy $5/mo for years though. I don’t mind doing it again.

The site hasn't been updated in a decade. It would cost Jeremy money to updated it and he's a cheap bastard so don't hold your breath. This place is like his dilapidated shed out in the backyard.

I assume he is self hosting this and not using invision hosting which includes auto updates.

If he’s self hosting, updates cost $200.

I don’t think the lack of updates is the issue though.

This looks like problems from the ads, which is something we’ve seen before.

  13. For at least a week I’ve noticed embeds haven’t been loading and I’m often unable to reply to threads because pages never finish loading.

Im typically on a phone, and it’s happening on safari and chrome.

It feels like a runaway JavaScript issue.

Looking at the site on a desktop in dev mode, I’m seeing some serious issues.

    10k+ warnings

    hundreds of errors.

    endless requests

    100MB+ of data transferred .

I don’t have time to dig but it’s pretty obvious that its the ad networks the site uses.

    Can this be fixed?
