  1. Needed to shore up the interior of the line, still need a starting center.    Bryce has no chance at his height if lineman are getting a push up the middle every time.  Defense will suck, but we had a good defense last year that just wore down because the offense was so terrible. This had to be done

You know the trade is done, right?

Just saw it's final.  realistically best we can do with a player that's been tagged.  $30MM a year is too much for a player that doesn't show up when you need him the most.

NFL Media reports that the Giants’ trade for Burns is complete. The Panthers will get second- and fifth-round picks in return, and Burns will get a five-year deal with a maximum value of $150 million and $87.5 million guaranteed, per NFL Media

totally agree. The fundamental problem with Tepper is he has had success elsewhere in life and in his narcissism truly believes he knows better than everyone else.

Nicole's calling the shots now 🙂

What would we ever do without the Teppers bringing music to Charlotte! I remember back before they bought the team, the whole city was in black and white. Now, everything is in color! The economic impact of being able to give the Teppers more money for the privilege of watching Ariana Grande gyrate just can’t be understated. Remember how the whole city was a slum? Now everybody lives in a mansion.

Her comments about  “embracing” Charlotte is as arrogant as it gets. They don’t care if people of Charlotte have embraced them, we should be lucky to have them

That's not true at all. The Internet is a cesspool full of ne'er-do-wells that will use any info that they can to steal your info, spam you, steal your Identity, or just be assholes because they can.

Nobody wants everything about them on the internet.  But not knowing the basics is kind of weird.

I mean, I don't find it odd that you'd Google her, but in my opinion it's a little strange that you'd start a thread over it. Just my opinion though.

She's taken a prominent role as an owner, it was a casual google to get a sense of who she is as a person.  It wasn't even malicious, I generally don't even post much about her.  Why are you so triggered, are you on her payroll?

Not disturbing at all. She's obviously an everyday type of person that caught the eye of a billionaire who may or may not have helped her wash her info from the world wide webs. She's estimated to be worth 400K herself, so she must have something besides Tepper going for her. Even if not, she's the Panthers first lady now, so she's a part of this journey regardless of whether fans like it or not.

Why would you need to wipe your history clean if you're a regular person?  Ridiculous

  8. Who is Nicole Tepper?  I googled her for the first time to try to find out her background and she's been almost wiped clean digitally.

It is amazing to me that we don't even know her date or place of birth, where she went to school.  There's almost no information about her prior to her marriage to David Tepper?     Here's what I was able to find, does anyone else find this disturbing?  WTF

I mean, what's he supposed to say right now though? He knows the organization isn't moving on from this guy one year removed from that trade up and spending #1 overall on him. He knows Bryce isn't gonna carry his offense and he's going to have to try to scheme around his shortcomings. I mean, it is what it is. It seems to me like trying to manage expectations and downplaying the QB position is probably his best bet right now. I'm just hoping that they use this year to determine if they can make it work and if not they suck it up and move on. Not from another coaching staff but from Bryce.

I agree, I don't think he has a choice at this time.  Just saying, the expectations have been reset from a "force multiplier" to a "game manager".  Let's hope he can be as good as Purdy I guess
