Dude can fuggin coach. You can see it in our game plan, scheme, and how we attack weaknesses. We don’t quite have the offensive firepower to get there but I wouldn’t hate going all D on draft this year then strategically spending money on offense FA we have ourselves a coach, I’m excited for the future

What are you talking about? They let him throw it all over the field in the 4th when the game was on the line. When it mattered the absolute most and we needed 2 to tie they put the ball in his hands.

If we move off of Bryce this year and can bring him in cheap ($10M or under) I love it. Build up the rest of the roster and take a flyer on a super talented guy who just hasn’t had it all click yet. Keep him here a year or two and hopefully draft another guy 2026

Man, no way. The fact he came out after an entire offseason and threw a pick his very first play this game, Bryce was mentally COOKED. He seems to be slowly getting it back now, but all the talent in the world would not have helped him with how down bad he was to start this year.

I’m starting to think DM got the job by showing Tepper his draft lists. I bet he nailed some pro bowl players that were never on Fitts radar

Relative to other teams, we’re paying basically nothing for a QB so this feels not a big deal the cap ppl are making it out to be. If we draft a rookie QB we won’t need to pay him until this deal is over. If we keep Bryce we won’t pay him for another 2-3 years either and he won’t be near top dollar. It’s a long term roster building move. Setting culture is important, see the lions. Rhule understood this, he was just really bad at executing it.

Feels clear to me we are going the Lions route. If we can draft well, it’s achievable.

Yeah still blows my mind people on here say that after what he did in 1 offseason. Im not proclaiming him the savior or anything but what he’s done in 1 offseason was impressive and it’s really not even close. Filled major holes and drafted what seems pretty well 8 games in. Flipped a 7th into a starting CB, drafted what seems to be a future legit 1/2 WR combo, someone got us a 2nd next year (that was some black magic poo), no stupid cap decisions to date. Excited to see what he does this year
