  1. Tepp steps back and hires President to run the team, Fitt fired, Ben Johnson or Harbaugh coach, reports coming out about how insane Bryce’s progress on off season footwork has been, Ickey moved to LG/BC LT, best guard at 33, AJ brown forces his way out of Philly and we pay him a poo ton to come here.

that being said I’m sure I’ll watch every game next year regardless just like I did this year

Question: what would a multiple game suspension to an owner do? All he does is sit in the press box lol

The fine is along what I expected. As I stated in another thread, nobody will care that this happened 3 months from now.

It actually affects him. 300k is absolutely nothing to him. Missing multiple games is embarrassing and something he wants to do but can’t.

it's amazing how fast things have changed re: burns and brown

i would like to remind all you fugers that i was on the brown train before ANYONE!

(actually not really even in that thread I started I just thought he was pretty good. Dude has taken the next step this year and is living up to his draft spot.)

I remember arguing with ppl year 1 in the game threads who were saying Brown was a bust. Fans have no patience or ability to see things objectively

because i've forgotten more about this team than you'll ever know, have been going to the games since clemson, have my family name on the statues in front of the stadium, am (until next season) a PSL owner, and am smart enough to know there's no future with bryce at QB.

lol ok glad we cleared that up

I’ve heard about turf toe taking dudes out for weeks. Guys that are a lot tougher than Horn.

Sorry you lose the benefit of the doubt being him. He went back in and finished the game when it was the coaching staff making the call, but now the game is over and his camp is able to get to him and suddenly he can’t go? Yeah ok sure. Hopefully I eat crow and he plays and balls Sunday

I would think that Arizona is in decent shape.  They have some cap space next year, and they are in good shape draft wise.  Kyler Murray may not be the next Pat Mahomes, but he might have a lot of talent around him.

I think they’re a sleeper next year. Kyler looks good again, McBride is gonna be an all star. Draft Harrison Jr. or trade back and get picks to use on defense. Could be pretty good next year

    Yep

sometimes I believe no matter what is done, it’s luck

..even considering probabilities and risk management

when Tepper hired Reich plus all the other coaches, he was hedging his bets by

having a Young Evero on his staff plus the others but here we are…again

Everything in the NFL is luck. One thing about Tepper I like is he will lean into a sunk cost. I’d say more than 50% of the owners would have given Reich another year. I remember how we all on here knew Rhule was trash early into season 2 yet he got a third year where Tepper had to do a mid season firing. He learned his lesson there at least

Not unless they want to cap hell for a while. The first semi-reasonable out they have is after 2024. If they cut him prior to Mar. 21st of 2024, the 2025 guaranteed money goes away(it is the full 2025 salary, BTW). But they would have $85 mil in dead money.

Not only that, they don’t have cheap talent on the roster because they gave away both 1 and 2 in 2022 and 2023 draft. Gave away another 1st for Sean Payton. That’s rough

    Also from PFF:

PICK NO. 1: CAROLINA PANTHERS: QB BRYCE YOUNG
Overall Rookie Grade: 55.6 (Rank: 6/6)
    Principal Opponent: N/A
    Week 16 Snaps: 66
    Week 16 Grade: 82.0

For the second straight week, Young saved his best for last. He just narrowly missed his second consecutive victory but tallied 300 passing yards for the first time in his career. It was also his first game with three big-time throws. Young posted a 97.6 overall grade in the fourth quarter against Green Bay, which stands as the second-best quarter by any quarterback this year. Despite all the turmoil around him, it’s encouraging to see Young put forth back-to-back productive efforts.

Wonder what that Rank 6/6 means... 6/6 out of all rookie QBs? If so how is AR15 ahead of him lol

I had the same problem.. What did Campen see during the week that made him start Nash?? Clearly the offense seem to be more effective with a more veteran approach to the middle of the Oline.. The mission is to protect and asses BY (the QB that cost you a lot of resources) not a undrafted guard.. Stop making it hard to do that..

Does Campen make Gameday personnel decisions? I honestly don’t know but curious if that is Campen, T Brown, or Tabor who made that decision to start Nash

Just to be clear, did he show adequate arm strength? Has he dispelled the noodle arm title or no?

The problem is we were spoiled by Cam who had a howitzer and was one of the best athletes to ever play the position. By that standard, lot of ppl who are panthers fans will never be happy with BYs arm. But to specially answer your question, yes he has all the arm needed to make NFL throws and showed it today. You’re never going to get the 55 yard off balance wrist flick from him…. And that’s ok.

Chuba moved the chains with some strong runs at crucial points in the game and he got in the end zone. Diminishing him now after weeks of saying our run game sucks seems no different than the Bryce Young criticism you speak against.

Not diminishing anything. Just giving literal facts from today’s game. If you want to add helpful context, I’m all for it. Some on here could benefit from doing that a bit more instead of being overly emotional.
