  1. Damn, that is just an incredible play by Carter. I want to blame PJ, but had he got it there, that was a huge gain, and most edge guys aren't making that play. That fuging sucks and probably just turned the game.
  2. Let's go DB!!! That's a fuging man this season!
  3. That read option is just making us hesitate too much.
  4. Great blocking, good play selection, great patience by Foreman.
  5. Yeah, everyone on the backend is freezing off the RPO. Unless we make some adjustments, this game is over. Once they saw how we reacted to it, they just kept running it and we couldn't stop it.
  6. They are fuging us up with the RPO and read option.
  7. If PJ is on at all, he probably score a TD those first two drives because everything else is working - guys are wide open, we're getting big chunks on the ground every run attempt... c'mon PJ! I'm willing you to ball out!
  8. PJ just slightly off the first drive. We need him to calm down and we'll be OK. Didn't feel too crazy about a couple lf the playcalls either, but as long as PJ can get comfortable, we'll be fine.
  9. That is the single greatest play I've ever seen Donte make here.
  10. I personally would love it. Chad is probably my favorite OC we've ever had. I know many of us, myself included, grew frustrated with him in his second year here because it felt like he was auditioning for a HC job more than focusing on the job at hand, but even so, his offenses had rhythm, were creative, effective, and fun to watch. I'm still really surprised he isn't currently in a playcalling capacity of any kind... dumbfounded actually.
  11. PJ can throw from the pocket too. He has great footwork and a quick release. The throw someone shared here yesterday was a prime example. He got pushed off his initial spot, rolled slightly left but never broke the pocket, then reset his feet and zipper a ball to the left. Baker either tried to throw a timing route feom the pocket, usually due to the RPOs, which the DL anticipated, or when it wasn't timing based, would immediately try to scramble to the outside to throw even when there wasn't pressure. PJ just plays with more confidence.
  12. I understood giving Henderson another year because of the age and the investment from the trade, but Jackson shouldve never been brought back, and I'm convinced was solely brought back because Rhule loved him. As I've said elsewhere, I think Gilmore can play until he's 40 effectively, in the mold of a Deion and Rod and Charles Woodson, where as his physical ability declines, he can effectively transition to safety. Jackson is an above average run defender and average to below average coverage guy whose only INTs have come off busted plays where he happened to be in the right place at the right time. He shouldn't have been brought back. He'll, I would've brought back Bouye before either of them. But as far as next season, and based off play right now, I think DJax is brought back and Henderson is gone.
  13. Keith may have tailed off a bit last year, but he was a rookie, and he honestly should be starring opposite Horn. He has shown the tools you're looking for in a starter and will only get better, and even in his games he has struggled, he hasn't ever looked nearly as bad as CJ has, EVER. And for more visual evidence, go look what he did against Justin Jefferson against the Vikings last season. His coverage in one of those double moves was an absolute masterclass. Keith should be starting.
  14. I feel confident that Wilks would bring in his own, trusted OC to completely oversee the offense and call plays if he were to win the permanent gig. Only problem is, with those kind of arrangements, if you have any degree of success, you're never going to be able to keep the same OC in place for very long at all.
  15. It's just so unbelievable still, that it went on for as long as it did.
