Definitely his best year ever if he stays healthy. Questions was never was he good…it was more along the lines of is he a 20m dollar LB because that’s what we will be paying him and if not, is he worth a restructure? I think either way it was a bit too much whether we pay that now or later but at least he isn’t getting paid and not doing poo aka whiny Droppie Anderson getting all the praise for not dropping an onside kick for 15 million a year.

The west coast is just insane and the insane-ness is branching out…or rather filling in. Started in Seattle and Cali, then to Portland and Colorado. Now it’s filling in - Salt Lake, Arizona and even Boise. Yea, fuging Boise lol. It’s absolutely fuging ridiculous. I make a little less than the video poster here in SLC and it’s the same. a similar apartment, maybe even slightly worse, here would be about $1,000. Something more decent, but same size, easily $1,300+. A $1,300 1 bedroom city apartment in Charlotte would be near $2,000 here. Difference? I’m in fuging Utah. Not in NY where everything you possibly want is offered. Small city. No sports teams (ok, the Jazz). No renowned restaurants. Zero nightlife. Entertainment doesn’t have this place on a map. Landlocked. No forest, no trees, no natural lakes/water source - all reservoirs. Saving for the future? Really only doable by 401k through employment or severely penny pinching. This is taking into account I have no kids. Can’t even imagine that. I am truly failing to understand why people do this to themselves and what exactly is causing this. Tech, I get it, but WHY these areas? They suck. I hope SS is still a thing when I’m ready, otherwise I’ll be retiring on squat. And I’m not a big spender. /rant

Fahrenheit Charlotte for views, no other restaurant will beat those views. Thomas Street for best whiskey bars and dive bars. There are a few. Whiskey Warehouse for instance, great rooftop bar with some views and great ‘Sunday funday’ atmosphere early in the morning. I recommend their sangrias if you like them. Best breweries are on the west side of 77 or right before and also in NoDa (North Davidson). Capital Grille down town is delish but very expensive. Their food is great, but their martinis at the bar are the best I’ve ever had. Best sushi is going to be Pieces followed by Ru Sans. Uptown Cabaret is the only strip club worth going to IMO on a weekend night if that’s your thing. Midnight diner is walking distance and open 24 hours (or was) great for food after being wasted. Best pool hall in area is Rack Em, a bit far in Matthews but greats atmosphere on weekends and a ton of full size tables. If you’re into pool I usually start there and work towards the city. Nightclubs are a whole other topic I can expand on if interested. There are some other spots, but that should fill your day with the best, which is subjective…but you won’t be disappointed. Don’t know how COVID affected these places I moved right before. Would definitely have a beer with you and show ya around if I wasn’t stuck out here in the fuging desert on the west coast paying 10x more to live.

Good info here, the patriots are a well rounded team. Being average at everything is actually impressive in the NFL with a rookie QB. Not deep playoffs impressive but they aren’t losing to any bad teams and will beat some good ones…I give Miami a pass for a rookie’s first game. Absolutely slaughtered the Jets twice compared to our nail biter. Beat the Chargers, who I’d doubt we’d even have a chance against. Two point game vs Bucs and took Cowboys to OT. With a rookie QB. I can see this game close early but ultimately the Patriots are going to play four full quarters and quite simply, the Panthers do not. 20-10 Patriots
