    Why is there so much hate over 2 guys talking about the Panthers? Don't listen if you don't like it. I'm glad we have people making something about our team.

    As they should be. For a roster like the 49ers that are only a QB away, a better strategy would have been to trade picks for a known quantity like the Rams did. They have a window with these guys. I highly doubt the Seahawks would have traded them Russell Wilson, but would Green Bay have taken 3 1sts for Rodgers?

    In retrospect, the best defensive additions (under Rhule) have been Gilmore and Reddick. One was a partial season rental, and the other was just a one year deal.

    It seems that most of the people Rhule has drafted are not very good.

    Just about every coach I've wanted the Panthers to hire has turned out to be a huge dud. For me, this goes back to Steve Spurrier taking the Washington job, and us getting stuck with John Fox. Turned out a lot better for us. It's like QBs. You just never know until they get out there and show what they can do. It's like a roll of the dice.

    I'm overreacting for sure (I mean what else is there to do after week 1?). But he gives me vibes of a guy that's in over his head. I'll listen to "missed opportunities" or "it is what it is" every week if we're winning.

    Looking over his 10 wins, I'd say its either Sean Payton when the Saints had a lot of people out, or Ron Rivera near the end of 2020 that messed up our draft position.

    McVay knows what he's doing. But there's nothing that Hackett could say after last night's display that would make me feel better about him. That kind of game management is enough to make you sick to your stomach if you're a Broncos fan.

    That sucks when your coach looks like a dud already in week 1 of year 1. At least we had a year or so of being fooled by Rhule.

    4th and 5 has to be higher percentage than that 64 yarder. They had time on the clock and timeouts to keep going beyond that too.
