  1. I'm not yet convinced we have our Jalen Hurts.
  2. If we had no rule changes maybe it would make sense. But the game has evolved dramatically since the early 2000's
  3. Sell him for the Bojangles biscuit after the first month and we've seen our WR's do well in actual games. Don't do it before we know what we have.
  4. This roster was constructed with AT's salary and contributions in mind. Selling him off right before week 1 does not make sense unless the return is significant.
  5. If they're advertising a 2nd, I guarantee Dan would eat a lot more than that.
  6. That's certainly one take of the discussion lol.
  7. I'd rather trade him once we know he's become completely redundant. It's a guess at best right now. The coaching staff can't wait for these other WRs to step up and push AT off the field.
  8. Bryce Young is Bryce Young. Dart could be anything. Even Bryce Young.
  9. He's definitely not top 10 for sure. I think he lacks the most in his pass protection game. I would think he would excel more on the right side, where he could lean more into being a road grader run blocker. But yes you could possibly let Moton walk... he stays an all-star RT for 3 more years... Icky never takes the next step and can't play RT and now we need two OTs.
  10. Do I think that going forward Icky will be a better RT than Moton? I would honestly take that chance. Its possible Moton is an all star until he's 37, but I wouldn't bet on it.
  11. I don't really think that's the trade though. That money can be spent on anything. We have to decide to pay Icky. We could have let Moton walk next summer and draft his replacement. Icky could slide over and play right side maybe. There was flexibility. Now we have a gajillion dollars in our offensive line, on a roster that's depleted basically everywhere else. And we're depending on a guy past 30 to stay healthy for 2 years so it's worth it? It just doesn't seem like a good move from a risk management perspective.
  12. Vikings seem like a perfect fit honestly. I'm sure he wouldn't mind going back. He's spent his whole life there.
  13. I'm cautiously optimistic but I'm hedged against last year's week 1 repeat. If its miserable at least I'll probably win something.
  14. Tepper's gonna fire me if the current roster takes the field for 17 games, so now its time for a Madden trade. Hold my beer.
  15. So we waited until the offseason was basically over to do this and clear cap room up? For what? This is stupid I'm sorry.
  16. To those that attended, I hope it was fun. But damn this has been some bad football all around lol.
