I think Pete was basically around the same level coming into Vegas as Ron was going into Washington. Respectable coach that has a ring, but hasn't done it in a while. But the view of them is they can instantly bring you out of the gutter. I think Pete was the most overrated right before the ball was snapped and Russ threw that game ending pick in the 2nd Super Bowl. He's got enough flak for that since, and rightfully so. Essentially nose dived a potential dynasty with his treatment of Russell Wilson.
