    Next three games should tell us more but as it stands now our defense is top of the league by far imho, and Freddie seems to be settling in nicely. But you can’t win on defense alone. So work on shots boys if you want to win this whole thing, you can’t just rely on Aho and Neces alone.

    Exactly! Instead of shooting when we had grade A’s we were passing hoping for a better open net, and the passes got blocked.

    Yep, if we can’t pick up the scoring not gonna go far in the playoffs. Sure we had a lot of shots but no where near the number of grade As the rags had. There net front defense was very good and our passes aren’t getting through, we should have taken more shots and fewer passes in front of the net.

    Play Freddie again against the Rags and see if he’s getting in a rhythm that could help win you a cup. It’s the only way you’ll find out. Have a feeling the smaller and less experienced Kotchetkov would get hammered by Rags.

    That’s probably a good guess. The rest it’s obvious they need the practice and it’s a chance for Rod to see who he wants in the lineup for Ragnoids Thursday. On another topic for fun I looked at a Rags forum and a lot of annoying trash posts by a “NCRangers” guy, If canes win thursday I might sign up there and say “Welcome to NC and the Canes! Now go back to NY!” lol
