  1. I heard them being nasty to people, Mac particularly. You could hear that something something in his voice. It was hateful, (scornful) I had enough.
  2. Hell I wanted a pic of a cowering shelter dog, but it was too sad. I'l look for a poodle.
  3. Lol. I might listen to it. I had to quit, I can't take either one when they get on the Panthers.
  4. It's Mac and Bone. Last year it was the OL and the WRs and Reich and this year it looks like Canales and Tepper. Probably Morgan too. I am fuging gone if people like that get their way. Mac is like, typical as poo with the shaming if you don't go along with Bryce.
  5. The two best guys we have had I think, are totally different from each other. They got the competitiveness in common that's about it. So we don't need another exactly like anybody, they will be themselves. But they will have that fire.
  6. fuging typical. At least wait until he does something to lobby. Oh, wait. He can't do anything because of everyone else holding him down.
  7. That is basically it. He was sticking to the new routine they are trying to get him to do and t was at least some kind of improvement going by the red jersey results, eyeball test. In the game he went away from it within not much field time. They had 4-5 plays after it was 10-0 and the next series is when he bailed on it. Plain to see. Now, of course the waters don't clear up much because the 1st Int was with the typical NFL QB form all other QBs have. The fist time he reverted to the Bryce Shuffle was a nice completion. And the 2nd Int was on the run in space so we have three different platforms he is throwing off of in a game. That's a lot to straighten out. The shuffle, slows him down. The dropback they trying to get him on, is more rhythmic and takes the tippy toes out too I think. It is a plant and drive move.
  8. I doubt it. Maybe one of the other guys might say something juicy that gets out. Someone needs to be the investigative reporter with the hidden camera sitting across the table at happy hour.
  9. If I were funny I would do a Letterman type Top 10 Arguments for Bryce Stans. Go root for the Texans (with the required insult) But, Alabama (with the required insult) Hater, what do you have against Bryce? (etc) Not his fault (many sub categories) out of ammo already. ----
  10. True, but they mounted up of their free will. It would be great learn about any discussion about contingency plans during the hiring process. If Canales has that positive a mindset would he even go there? At some point there had to be "what I'd do for Bryce to get him well" like what he needs etc. I hope they had a plan B agreed on.
  11. Yeah I think that is more accurate. I remember this Barry Sanders rule. Not real clear on it, but they were chasing him for signing bonus when he retired 'early'.
  12. I just watched that bomb. A'Shawn had his hand almost in Carr's face, I mean it was impressive that Carr made that throw. A'Shawn had driven the guy in front of him straight back into Carr. But he hung in there. It was close. We were all looking at the back end on that one. Or I was.
  13. It doesn't take but 5 minutes. I just looked again. He transforms into the 2023 mechanics on 3rd and 8 with 36 seconds to play in the 1st quarter. Maybe his 5th drop back including the opening one. There it was: The Bryce Young Shuffle. But he was doing it right up until that play and I'd bet he probably abandoned thinking about it going forward. Not watching either.
  14. We had someone on here swear they had solid info, I forget the exact story with that one. Basically Tepper was hands off. It was a thread last week some time I think. I'm purely guessing but I never could see Reich being in on Bryce as his guy, and the train went off the tracks right there, they were divided.
  15. Same reason CMC was there months after he was a 49er.
  16. Well I posted in a different thread that I watched the Buffalo preseason drive and Young stuck with the rehabbed drop back and did not revert to the old way. However many throws he made, it was all with the standard drop back we see everyone do. So I went and looked at the Saints game. The last pass play of the 1st quarter, was a nice completion for a first down BUT he reverted. It was over as far the ‘proper’ technique and back to his meandering slow tippy to stuff. Even on the jump throw to Mingo earlier which was picked on in the QB school video, he did the new improved retreat and that was from under center btw. Hadn’t noticed that until that play. It went how you’d expect. At first he came out doing the new but when the chips were down he went back to what was easiest for him. Just FYI because I was curious about it and wanted to know exactly what the scoop is. It is a definite thing to key in on this next game.
  17. Over a guy that play QB in the league, and coached a bunch too. Who would you (or any of us) think would know better? In what world is it not the guy that did it and knows firsthand what it takes? It’s Tepper’s poo judgement here. That is why he is backing away, he knows he fuged up. But can he stick to it….
  18. And that is why people wanted to see Bryce suck. Not because they hate him personally. Because it looks like mediocre is his ceiling and we would likely be paying even more than Tua’s deal by the time it comes due… 70 mil per year or something for a mediocre QB? Do not sign me up.
  19. Yeah they get paid to fill dead air and no one can be relevant and totally free of hype at that type of job.
  20. What would anyone rightly think of the reason the offense got changed 3 times? What would be the best guess? I know what mine is and even before knowing that stuff I could tell that Reich didn’t know what to do except to hide him. Which he did. That is why his offense looked so bad. And he played the position, he knew what he was seeing.
  21. I don’t know where to put this but I just rewatched that Buffalo series. As I suspected, there was zero meandering shoulders square to the LOS type of bullshit. Zero. I may have detected a ‘want to’ on one play but it was real subtle and didn’t go there. I was looking for it too. That was the focus. Compare that with Sunday, he just ditched all the teaching to do it like he feels it. It is a fuging problem for him.
