They are now unrestricted free agents, and their contracts can be registered with the NHL starting October 15, 2025. The players can begin conditioning with teams on November 15 and play their first games starting December 1, 2025.

This is difficult. While I wholeheartedly believe we need to listen to victims more, we also have a system of juris prudence that, even with its many faults, is all we have to rely on. Anyone still trying to convince fans that Bryce Young is going to be okay (with a poo-ton of conditions needing to exist) has zero credibility with me. The guy never passed the simple eye-test with me a couple years ago, and I'll never believe he is an NFL-level QB.
