  1. Bleachereport so take it for what it's worth. Top of the second round looks interesting with all the OT's there. Won't happen this way http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2319766-2015-nfl-draft-matt-millers-post-regular-season-big-board/page/2
  2. It's January, and now these guys will start looking a bit more and film and such. Boards should get better http://www.bigblueview.com/2015/1/4/7486055/2015-nfl-draft-big-blue-view-big-board-1-to-100-draft-prospects
  3. Because of two things 1. Don't think the WR class is as strong 2. Because of all the guys I mentioned, we don't have as many glaring holes
  4. At 25, I would not expect an immediate starter. Possible that one of the WR prospects fall that far. Will be like last season on the OT's I am afraid. They were way overdrafted anyway and I doubt Gman picks an OT at 25 that is rated a 3rd rounder. Philly Brown, Tre Boston, Norwell, Turner, Norman, Bene, have all given us less NEED so I expect us to go BPA
  5. Wow, that would be one to remember for sure
  6. Keep going back and watching The Last Waltz
  7. Picking in the low twenties probably means BPA
  8. looks like the OT's are not gonna stack the top 5 like in years past http://www.gbnreport.com/top100.html
  9. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/big-board So much for getting TJ Clemmings in the 2nd
  10. Updated GBN Big Board http://www.gbnreport.com/top100.html And new 1st Rd Projection w trades http://www.gbnreport.com/2015projection.html

  15. No worries, guess I have spent too much time in the TBox where all people do is attack, haha. Sometimes my brain goes much faster than my fingers and I don't get everything down that I mean to convey. My main thing in watching football for 40+ years, is seeing the teams that control the line of scrimmage have a better chance in every game and amass more championships. If your Oline is suspect, you have the situation we are in this season where your QB and RBs and WR's are ineffective. IF the Dline is intact, like last season, you can have a lesser secondary and still get good results. Having great players at each position would be ideal, but having great players in the backfield or secondary when the lines are not first solidified make those great players look mediocre at best. For instance, if the Cowboys in the 80's 90's had not had the incredible Oline they did, then Emmett Smith, Troy Aikman and M Ervin might not be household names. They had one of the most dominant Olines I have ever seen. They make okay guys look good and good guys look great. Same on the Defensive side of the ball
  16. You attribute a dumb statement to someone and then disagree with it? Cutting edge there. I wouldn't want to take a RD 2 anything in round 1 much less the top 5. Who would? I just said that if it came down to choosing between a top DE or Safety, I would always fall on the trench guy as my choice until my lines were fixed and operating at a high level
  17. My thing for years on here has been, "control the trenches" and build a team from the trenches back, on both sides of the line If you have a safety who is having to make continuos tackles, you are in trouble If you have a great QB, but he is on his azz nonstop, what have you gained
  18. An OT is paramount to keep your QB upright and open holes for RB's A Safety is not as critical to me, at least not at 8
  19. Post em here Start off with GBN Reports top 100 as of today after Gurley injury http://www.gbnreport.com/top100.html
  20. Didn't Dres Anderson blow his knee out last month?
  21. That was my point. I picked him in the 3rd and he rated as an F. They must have him as a 6-7th rounder
  22. That was based on last season. No updates since June
  23. Round 1 Pick 7: Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama (A) Round 2 Pick 7: La'el Collins, OT, LSU (A) Round 3 Pick 7: Tyrus Thompson, OT, Oklahoma (F) Round 4 Pick 7 Round 5 Pick 7 Round 6 Pick 7 Round 7 Pick 7 Quit after this. Makes no sense as Thompson is being rated as a 2nd rounder at worst. Not sure what these guys are using as their guides for grades. Will try it again after the first of the year From McShay in late October 1.. Leonard Williams* DE USC 2.. Marcus Mariota* QB Oregon 3.. Randy Gregory* DE Nebraska 4.. Cedric Ogbuehi T Texas A&M 5..
