I think we liked the idea of obada rather than the reality. Losing him doesn't really hurt us. He was a fan favorite with a little bit of potential that probably wasn't going anywhere.

Timing of everything has been just too screwy. Wouldn't surprise me that there isn't much in the way of fire to that smoke.

You'll get no arguments from me....but again, I'd be incredibly stoked to have him or any of the other 4 top QBs (lawrence, fields, wilson, or lance). I basically don't care which one as long as we get one. They all 4 have the makings of long term studs.

I'd honestly be more than ok with any of of those four. Hopefully one of them is there by 8.

Mac Jones though.....not there. Late first or early second. Not an ideal choice, imo. We'd be settling.

I already don't think it will happen. If it does and we don't sell the farm, I'm happy. If it doesn't happen....oh well.

I think lance has jumped in front as my favorite for the pick. I was leaning that way slightly, but cossell just pushed me completely in that direction.

For Watson I'd reluctantly do it. For wilson....nope.

If the choice is am elite QB or elite RB, you take the elite QB. I want to keep CMC, but I'd rather have Watson if forced to choose.

If he's tired of being a pinata, carolina might not be the best place for him. Just sayin.....
