He is only 23 or 24 years old. He should not push it. Let it heal. Sit out next season, even if they are in playoff chase. He has a long career ahead of him, and even though injury is serious he can make full recovery.

Yep, as bad as the injury looks, he got a best case scenario for the type of injury suffered.

While it sucks for him right now, he'll be back. The best thing about this for him is he can get all the stripper baby momma dramma out of the way before he comes back.

how exactly will he be better than ever?  as someone who snapped their forearm playing sport i can tell you i still feel it to this day.  physically george's best days are behind him.  i guess he could get a better shot, etc, in the time off, but that's gonna be hard when he snapped his leg in half.
