He obviously has his issues in the run game, but not a bad pick up as a last minute free agent signing.

agreed. he was solid and like i said, the best 3 tech we had.Dwan did exactly what he was asked to do. He held his gap and collapsed the pocket, and even brought the QB down several times.
He obviously has his issues in the run game, but not a bad pick up as a last minute free agent signing.
he just benefitted from CJ and hardy, but props to him for being able to take advantage of that. i think he also benefitted from ron being next to him.
he wasn't great by any means, but he wasn't a liability like we're accustomed to.
he was a step up, but not irreplaceable.

We paid him too much, but he did his part in the improvement of our d-line.

But he is poor in run defense. IIRC he was starting for the Bills when they had that horrendous worst run defense in the league. Still I like him but we still need another defensive tackle who can fill the holes and allow our LBs to roam.
