We're All Overreacting

And that's ok.

A lot of us are still a little dubious about the offensive playcalling.  Some still wonder about the young secondary, or Cam's inconsistency, or the offensive line, etc.  Those of us who have been around a while can't help but think about how this could all fall apart.

Stop.  Celebrate.  The Panthers were the tougher, more disciplined, better team today against the defending NFC champs in the biggest NFL game of the week.  Soak that in.  Enjoy it.  Enjoy all the articles that will be written this week on ESPN and SI and NFL.com.  Enjoy the hype leading up to the MNF game in eight days.  Enjoy the fact that this team isn't just relevant, but is, at least for right now, one of the 4 or 5 best teams in the league.  Enjoy this because we haven't had it since 2008, and sometimes you go a long time without this feeling and you should revel in that feeling while its there.

I don't know what happens from here.  And right now, I don't care.  This team is fun again, and I can't wait for the next game again, and it's been a long time since we've had this.  Lets drink beer and take shots and drunkenly take home a fat chick because the time for holding back is over.  I'll see ya'll on Monday Night.

Reactions here have been perfect. Hyped as all hell, but also realizing this team hasn't peaked.

No.... we have every right to be ecstatic right now. We just displayed a juggernaut defense in front of the nation. Get ready for media love. on of the best games in years. We deserve this one after the pain.

SF defense is the best... errrr... second best defense in the league. We struggled but that is okay. We won
