I had been saying for years that we needed a big center, and now we have one. But just because he played well doesn't mean we can't upgrade through the draft and save cap money. Bozeman is good but he lacks athleticism, and this can hurt us when facing a team that has the size and athleticism up front to beat him. Look a the Bengals and Steelers games. Bozeman struggled because although he's big and strong, the quickness firing out of his stance is lacking. They were beating him to the punch and had no problem with his size. He couldn't bully them and then it became who is quicker and more athletic. What is my point in all of this? Yes I'd like to keep Bozeman, but the draft will have big centers who are better than Bozeman. Upgrading the position is not out of the question. We could certainly use a big center who is more athletic and quicker than Bozeman.

Fitt never wanted Fields. It's no leap to say he still doesn't want him.

I don't want any highly expensive RB on the roster. Period. The best time to have a RB is when he's young and healthy. I was totally ok with the CMC trade, but not trading Burns was criminal. Then he did absolutely nothing in our critical must win TB game to make the playoffs. Painful. CMC gave us his best years body-wise, and we won't be on the hook to pay the big money later in his career. Win. The players we draft with the picks won't be as good as CMC of course, but consider the cap space we've opened up. Excellent.

Yeah I've been thinking about a better pass catching TE but the draft just didn't pan out for one on that simulation.

Managed to get NE's first round pick in 2024 in case Anthony doesn't pan out we can move up take another QB.

I don't want to lose a 1st round pick. Find someone else. Offensive minded coaches only. Good defense = 7 wins, and the worst you can do is win just enough not to make the playoffs by one game. Nothing worse than that W/L wise, and that's what a defensive coach will bring imo.
