  1. I don't think I'll ever understand the media's overreaction to the Greg Hardy situation. The instant I saw JR blubbering in that video I knew we'd never see Hardy play another snap for Carolina. Does Hardy have a mental illness? Who knows? If the gold digger was being honest about what happened, then Hardy is mentally ill, and it's likely he'll act out again leading to another suspension. If the gold digger was lying, then we really got screwed by the whorish media and our puss owner. With Hardy we might have beaten Seattle and won the SB. I'm not saying that's likely, but it could have happened. We now have to rely on developing Kony Ealy, and I hope he's not a bust. I wish I wasn't in the position of hoping Hardy stays out of the NFC, but I would think he'd try to sign with a top team no matter which conference. Last FA I thought was a total disaster. I (and all of sports media) thought Cotchery and Avant were terrible, and it turns out they were. Avant was cut, and Cotchery did jack poo. At the end of the season Gettleman blamed our cap problems for why he brought in poo WRs. This FA we've brought in Oher, Ginn, and some guys no one has ever heard of. If I'm leaving someone out it's because I don't care. We're not winning a SB with this offense. Seattle, GB, or some other top NFC team will shut this offense down and bounce us out of the playoffs. We need offensive weapons and O-line improvements. The answer is not Ginn and Oher. Seattle will make Ginn and Oher their bitches. So now it's down to the draft because Gettleman is broke, or doesn't like what's out there value wise. We're stuck looking to the draft for immediate starters at the WR position. Not good.
  2. The knock on Oher coming out of college was his technique and awareness. His technique was pretty bad at times and would sometimes block the wrong person as though he didn't know what play was being run. Physically he's a freak of nature. If he were more intelligent he could make the Pro Bowl imo, but so far he's been a disappointment. He plays like he's lazy and doesn't want to exert the effort to use proper technique. It's my guess that Gettleman is seeing that and thinking "if I can get him to fight and work hard he'll be amazing!" Yeah well good luck, but we need a plan b.
  3. Now the pressure is really on for the draft. It has to be a home run. #caphell
  4. Seems like some pot stirring going on here. I think we can all agree that we need impact players on offense. Standing pat and hoping things pan out in the draft, which is in many way a crap shoot, is of course risky. We have limited funds of course, but we need an impact WR. A guy who can perform consistently even against defenses like Seattle. A rookie WR is going to go through growing pains and have ups and downs, or might not pan out at all. I'm hoping we make a major move for a proven WR, but my concern is that we'll wait around for cheap scrubs who won't accomplish much, and won't matter against Seattle, or other top defenses in the playoffs. See Cotchery. It's time to make a move, and then we can draft for the future.
  5. We'll have to wait until all the best players are gone and the cheap scrubs are still floating around contemplating a new career. Then Gettleman will strike.
  6. Now that I just can't believe. I mean he is washed up, but shouldn't he end his career with the Saints? And what about his massive contract? Am I dreaming? Omg if this happens...
  7. God seeing the Saints crumble is so sweet. Brees is washed up and now Jimmy is gone. Bwahaha! Even though I had to go through the pain of seeing us sign Oher this makes it all better. Saints make their death kneel. Oh well plan for the future Saints, and we'll take the south again.
  8. I wouldn't have a problem with not signing a FA tackle. We're pained into a corner in that we have to acquire a good OT. The alternative is possibly watching Cam screaming and clutching his knee or some other body part. Chandler (terrible), a player Gettleman gave a 2 year contract to and RR started, came inches away from destroying Cam's knees on several occasions. I don't believe in signing terrible players to our team. Gettleman does. He signed terrible WRs, and then blamed our cap problems after the fact. Now we've signed a terrible OT. I bitched about it. You're damn right.
  9. This doesn't even qualify as a Wal-Mart signing Gettleman. He's back to shopping at the Dollar Store again. God we've got to figure out a way to keep him out of there.
  10. Now get rid of Chandler. I hope Bell can continue is career elsewhere.
  11. When you speak to the media you have to be crystal clear and detailed in what you're saying. You can't speak in a vague manner and expect everyone to read between the lines and understand you. It's not going to happen. Williams knows football, but he has no idea what he's doing with social and sports media.
  12. I don't think any player could influence JR in bringing Hardy back, not even the ghost of Sam Mills.
  13. I'm not hurt in the slightest. The hypothetical statement that I would be in twice as much trouble is as weak and unsupported as anything I've ever seen on the huddle. Of course some women who already have kids are good women.
  14. if you're rich and have you choice of whatever type of woman you want, then marry a woman who doesn't have kids and has not been divorced. Now the rest of has have to take what we can get. You might have to roll the dice.
  15. If you're rich then they are easy to find. This advise is for rich football players, not regular Joe.
  16. So a girl worth fighting for you mean? So long as it's not a girl worth fighting with.
  17. One gold digging crack head woman hurt the Panthers and our fan base in major way. Lost a lot. Lost 13 million, Hardy possibly to a rival, our good public image, and a possible SB victory. For what? So a gold digger could cash in on some domestic violence. Ouch. This disaster keeps kicking me in the nuts. To any current Panther players reading this forum please read the following: If you want premium tail then hire a high priced escort. If you want to throw your money away on a gold digger, then be aware that she might pull a stunt to blackmail you for more money. If domestic violence occurs then DO NOT call the police. If she attacked you and you defended yourself, then you will be found at fault initially. It will take a team of high priced lawyers to get you out of the jam. Keep the police out of it. Do the following: offer to PAY THE GOLD DIGGER money. You already know what she wants. $$$$$. The scales are tipped heavily in her favor with law enforcement and the court system. Don't let it come to that if you can help it. If she picks up the phone scream "I'll give you $500,000!" or whatever amount will get the gold diggers attention. Ask for a few days to get the money. Call her several times a day to reassure her. Talk to your lawyer. Pay her, then dump that bitch ans STOP associating with gold diggers. Find an escort, or a potential wife. No one night stands. No gold diggers. Escort, wife, or steer clear of women. Here is what to look for in a wife: She doesn't do drugs, or drink in excess. She doesn't have gold digger characteristics. She isn't mentally ill in any way. She is available to you when you get off work. She is domestic and runs your house when you're away. She has a hot meal ready for you when you arrive home. She is willing to stay home and rear your kids should you have any. She has not already started a family and failed at it. That is a good starting point. Hardy failed to follow common sense rules about women, and it nearly destroyed his career, and put him through a lot of emotional distress. Don't be like Hardy. Be smart. Follow the rules. Gold diggers are crafty, and they can spot a dummy with new money a mile away. That's their job. You play football, and they play you.
  18. "I Just fu-ked (Julian) Edelman, No Lie. And I poked a hole in the condom, so I'm gonna be rich! YES!"
  19. It's the offseason. The Hardy pot is going to be stirred a lot. Just wait until the trial starts.
  20. 1.) Be found innocent. 2.) Undergo a frontal lobotomy that doesn't damage his ability to play football. 3.) Agree to live locked in JRs basement when not playing football. 4.) Agree to go on an apology tour where he speaks out about violence against woman. If he can do all this then Hardy will be back.
  21. This certainly isn't the first game I've seen where Wilson played poorly and then caught fire. He's a very good QB.
  22. Let's see if Lafell can score another touchdown so I can go throw up.
  23. Usually white men are harmed or made to look like fools in commercials. They decided to switch things up today and show a white male as an absent father.
