Fitt was insane and filled our owner with idiotic notions of Bryce being some sort of Steph Curry who was going to distribute the ball around and allow us to focus our spending on defense. Those ideas didn't come from Tepper, they came from our former resident idiot Fitt. Fitt, who thought all we needed to do was drop a QB into place since we had all the other pieces in place. The GM is the critical piece to all of this mess.

Young has looked liked one the worst QBs I've ever seen start in the NFL. If Tepper sped up him getting benched I hardly care at all. Flush the toilet. Fitt's mistakes here will haunt all of us until we've been rid of the specter of his blunders. That means clearing out his busted picks including the most impotent, emotionless, sometimes sad sack QB ever, Bryce Young.

I like Dalton and I think he'll make the games more fun to watch on Sundays. He's a real pro in that he'll step up into the pocket and deliver the ball. He should have a good clean pocket with our extremely expensive interior o-linemen. Dalton will throw a dumb pick here and there, but so did Brady. Just play like a pro QB and we've got a chance.

3 types of fans. 1. The pessimist. No matter how good the team, he has a little snippy remark or dig to make, and underestimates the team. You'll hear from him most when the team is actually good. "Well if so and so doesn't play well we're probably going to lose. We've beaten a bunch of bad teams, but we're going to play ______ soon, and then we'll be in trouble." 2.) The optimist. No matter how bad the team is, or how bleak and or grim the future looks, the optimist has a positive feeling about the situation that he can't quite place. Makes "The team isn't that bad, and the future looks bright" type of comments. 3.) The realist. Tends to be long winded, pointing out both the positive and negative aspects of the situation, and stays in the middle of the road. "Maybe so... could go either way." So the forum will be [optimist] versus [pessimist] with the [realist] moderating for those of you who are new here.

Derrick Brown potential season ending knee injury

We're looking at a career backup QB and we traded the farm for him. Fitt truly was one of the all time worst GM's in NFL history.

I saw a Saints fan comforting a Panthers fan like this on Sunday.

I'd consider paying the $1.80 if I knew we'd use Wildcat the entire game. I'll never watch Young in person not even for free. I have a life.

Monday Brew: Dealing with loss, and moving forward

And now Derrick Brown is injured and probably done for the season. -
I turned it off at halftime. No need to watch the rest. The outcome was certain.

The latter.

Time to Silence the Panthers Bot Again?
pantherj replied to Luuuuuuuuuuke59's topic in Carolina Panthers
The bot is good so long as we're looking decent. If this team poops the bed again then the bot should go back on the banned list imo. -
Moton, for his size, has been unbelievably healthy over the course of his career. He's not playing as well as he used to, but he's had a great career. Being over the cap is kind of astonishing. No CMC, no Burns, Young on a rookie deal, no flashy superstars. I think this is the all time low point of the franchise. Even with Pickles we were dreaming about drafting Andrew Luck, and then Cam. There was plenty to be excited about back then. Now? We've got a long 17 game season of Bryce Young, and Dan Morgan trying to find a QB in the upcoming draft. I'm not feeling good about the situation at all.

Welcome back Ian Thomas... I guess. Hopefully we can get some production out of Miles Sanders this season. Zavala was horrendous last season, so he needs to step it up. D.J who knows? A lot of question marks going into this season, but Young will decide our fate.
