    He is much more confident behind the fat asses he has in front of him now. Took some time, but the line he has now made the difference. Has longer to react to the defense and the speed of the game. Different guy totally second half of the season. Always have a dominant Oline and you will have success. Especially with a rookie QB.

    Says he still believes in Evero and his 3-4 scheme. Sounds like he is backing his coordinator. Do you think it was a matter of personal for the failures? Are you all willing to give him another shot with upgraded players? Who would actually make the choice if he says or goes?

    The season is done for us. What would make you happy for next season. If the front office can have a decent draft and FA haul, what would be the results? Double the 2024 win total?....playoff appearance? What you got?

    Right now....no. A defense heavy draft with quality picks and smart FA moves will be big for this team. No projects or lame guys coming off injuries would help. The 2025 and 2026 drafts (if worked right), they could be back in shape.

    Before hitting the draft and hiring a new D-coach, things need to be sorted out. Will they go back to the 4-3 or stay in 3-4. I myself prefer the 4-3. Makes all the difference in the world with personal. What do you prefer?

    Word has it that the Jets will give him the first crack of the HC job for them. Just leave that here...

    The entire D (minus 2 or 3 guys), need to be gone. Hope they have boxes to pack their sh/t after next week.
