Do you think like Ron had to do.. If Tepper is going to keep Rhule another year he will force him to hire a former HC on his staff?? That is something I don't understand about these new coaches.. They fail and fight against having someone on their staff more experienced then them.. And go thru seasons of bad time management and situational play calling and practice habits.. They rather learn the hard way instead of relinquishing some power to somebody on their staff..

My problem with this thinking is.. Just like Rhule I think hiring a pass game coordinator with no play calling and little to no NFL experience was a mistake.. And the only thing I agree with Rhule about is it seem Brady inexperience was fallen into a pattern.. Both seem to fail and acknowledge how bad this Oline was.. Especially pass blocking and how it was affecting the whole team.. And I think it was Chris Simms that said we all got fooled thinking Brady was this young genius because of LSU passing offense.. But Reality was NFL DC had figured him out and he wasn't showing any different pitches.. So I agree the explanation was none existent.. But we could already see division when it came to not running the ball.. Being a Rhule discussion point every press conference.. Right??

Dude was in the same offense for so long him having a glow up season isn't surprising.. I just have a problem with the fact dude is jumping from Undrafted FA to "we should get him in the top 10 of the draft" in a year.. Ppl keep bringing up Burrows without context... Burrows was a transfer from O state that got his opportunity later in his college career.. Pickett has been the man since he got to Pitt and just sucked for 4 years..

And you're right Wison was a 1 year wonder.. If it wasn't for the outrageous arm talent and athleticism and age .. I would look at him like Pickett..

We got Darnold.. Because the owner got impatient and convinced himself we needed a new QB NOW!! He couldn't get Stafford or Watson so he settled due to desperation.. Instead of being smart Keeping Teddy and "drafting with the grain" .. Get 1 of the QB out of critically acclaimed draft that teams were tanking to get to for a chance at 1 of those Qbs.. If we had been patience we'd have a young QB on the roster better then anybody coming out this year..

It happens every year bro.. We can spend all season talking how we hate the Oline.. Some of us don't care to pay attention to college or draft until the offseason.. Then fall in love with getting the new shine object.. Instead of the unsexy thing we complained about all season.. lmao

Some of us do... Scouts and analyst have been saying this same thing for a year.. Last year was the QB draft.. This year is the residue left after the best QB came out last year and the next crop isn't eligible.. This happens.. Read between the lines.. Teams might not want to trade up because no Good QB.. No QB really projected in the top 10.. Having to wait to the senior bowl for the QB positioning comes to light.. This is a Gabbert, Ponder, And Locker type draft.. If we draft one this year we will just be drafting a better one next year..

And my strongest point is a new coach and staff is more willing to deal with the Pervious coaching staff Oline picks then they are QB'S..

Just a counter we could draft a QB in the 6th round and hope he is Brady.. Just saying if we're using abnormal situation as draft strategy...

Yes we need Oline....end.. We need a actual good QB not one in a bad QB draft picked by this coaching staff..... end.. Not just Darnold.. Cam and Teddy the RBs the WR and coaching also suffered due to this bad Oline.. end. ..

Then it needs to be drilled to him that Sam is his guy.. When he gave him a 5th year option he was married till fired..
