We do the same to Tony Romo and Dak.. But again he was drafted in the 2nd round meaning his talent and resume at the time was seen that way.. When it doesn't go that way you over draft and put to much responsibilities (because where they were drafted) on players like Joey Harrington, Blain Gabbert and Locker and Christan Ponder...

Cool I'm glad he has been so good that the actual team is always rumored to be in trade talks or looking at other QB's... Just like now when he is being talked about going to the Colts.. Stafford had the resume and talent to be a number 1 pick.. Pickett Nor Carr do.. And Yes Stafford didn't win which is another reason you shouldn't pick a sub par talent QB high because even the good ones need help.. it's just The Sub Par ones need alot more of it..

I would love to know how great that package is . Late round picks, not to many good players on rookie deals and never being big players in FA because Salary cap is always a issue..

Great Derrk Carr was a 2nd round Pick.. If we can get him then the hate wouldn't be so prevalent... Nobody was drafting Derek Carr or Andy Dalton top 10 .. So why do it now??

The number 6 pick is a major piece to entice the Texans.. No other team being discussed now can give a for certain top 10 pick (expect Seattle). If we're battling the Saints or Tampa I don't see them having a better offer then us..

Will Grier did the same thing and still was a 3rd rounder.. If this was a better QB class Pickett would be looked at in the same way as Grier was.. By every analyst opinion the only reason these QB are being move up is position value and desperation... Also it clear to see teams in position to get a drafted QB are willing to bankrupt their team for a veteran option instead of the draft option..

That's a lot of movement to have a top heavy roster at the top of the salary cap.. No draft picks and the best offensive weapon facing jail time..
