What is your point?? We disagree about prospects ranking and I have facts to back up my opinion.. Then you went off on a tangent about me persecuting ppl for their opinion which I didn’t do..

Again I’m not saying that early prognosticators are the end all to be all.. But reality is (which was my point) Howell nor Corral were seen in the same light as Mayes or Williams are now.. Just because some of you refuse to see the difference in terms and language used when talking about these Qb’s prospects isn’t my fault.. Howell did get some pub but he wasn’t talked about as a generational talent like Mayes is now.. And to be honest it’s literally based on size and strength.. Howell was always getting knock for being short and arm strength while 6’4 Mayes isn’t.. Is it wrong ?? Probably but my only point in the beginning was pointing out that Mayes and Williams are seen as top level prospects and giving the Saints ammunition to get them feels like it will come back to bite us.. JMO so ppl don’t feel persecuted..

I’m sorry you felt persecuted not my fault but I’m sorry you felt that way.. When somebody says “Generational talent”that is the same words used with QBs like Elway, Luck, and Lawrence.. So by just a little reading in between the lines.. They are talking about Mayes in the same language they did for previous mention QB prospects.. No body was saying generational talent about Corral or Howell and neither of them have a Hesimen like Williams right?? Aren’t those Facts?? last if it’s to early to look at prospects why do teams spend millions or dollars and time scouting players from HS and thru their college careers.. The whole process is trying to prognosticate and bet on a player’s future and the more info and talent a player has determines how much a risk on betting on that players future is.. So every scout and analyst are trying to make safe bets on prospects.. Which are a why they rate prospects on a scale of talent + (production/film) + Fit/need/positional value - compensation/ risk = ranking .. Which is why Corral nor Howell were seen as the same prospects as Mayes and Williams.. Moving on if you don’t realize this..

So Mahomes right now isn’t better.. Dude stop playing the semantics game and be realistic.. Do you honestly think in your opinion that Corral or Howell are better Prospects then Mayes or Williams?? If so cool moving on if not why are “you” debating this??

Not the point of the Debate.. I like Matt but would trade him and his family for a chance at Maye or Williams and most on this board would do the same thing.. Them being in Black and Gold would suck and these ppl know it..

That’s the point you won’t.. Willams and and Mayes are getting the the Luck and Lawrence comparisons that is fact.. No QB last year was really getting that and it shown on draft day when 1 qB got drafted in the 1st round.. And if you want to be honest with yourself.. You know the Saints with Williams or Mayes for 10 years will probably come back to bite us..

Cool you can bet on that but realty is you and I both will feel better if the Saints don’t have Mayes or Williams for the next 10 years and we’re still looking for a QB right??
