I really like that we are playing a high line. It can lead to easy through balls as it did last night resulting in Chicago’s lone goal but for the most part it really allows us to hem in our opponents in their own end. Through the first 25 minutes of last nights game the possession was 80-20 in favor of The Crown because when we gave up possession we were winning the ball back so far up the field that it was just constant pressure on Chicago. Westwood, Jones, and Bronico deserve a lot of credit because they’ve been winning the midfield battles.

What a night for the kid! Brandon Cambridge came on as a super sub and potted both goals and Meram picked up an assist on one of the goals. To think that we got Cambridge from Vancouver for 50K in GAM, we essentially paid 50K for a win. Those massive three points temporarily bump us up to seventh.

Perks of a Thursday start means we get a Saturday game in Raleigh, hopefully it’s a night game so we can have the place rocking.

So what we thinking, this thing starts on Wednesday?

Nice finish by Meram in the first half though his passing has been subpar. Let’s see when Lattanzio decides to park the bus.

Haula is disliked because because he and his family trashed the team and the city on the way out and he’s a dick. He got into a shouting match with someone on the Canes during his time here and had to be separated (reported).
