    Calgary might sweep Edmonton, I’ve only watched the twice (now and game 7 vs. Dallas) but they have looked damn good in both games.

    Igor looked pissed at Lindgren and to think that Lindgren was hurt earlier in the first and left the game for a bit. Glad he came back lol.

    Well to be fair to Raanta, the way his team is playing in front of him, we aren’t winning unless it’s 2-1 because we can’t generate any offense.

    Haven’t seen our guys outplayed for this long of a period of time in quite a while. Hell, I don’t even have a game in my mind to reference.

    What is Andersen going to do? Play right wing? Raanta has kept this a 1-0 game, it could easily be 2-0 or 3-0.

    Someone is going to have to make a play with the puck. NYR is faster than Boston and making it more difficult for us to dump and get our forecheck going. Someone needs to make a play with the puck because NYR is overplaying the passing lanes.

    So dump and chase isn’t working tonight, guys are going to have to start skating the puck in. That’s how Pittsburgh created the majority of their chances.

    Some of these shots that have gotten blocked look wired for the net. If they start getting through then we’ll be just fine.

    If we pelt Shesterkin with shots then we’ll be fine. Raanta’a been solid, he has a .927 sv% through the first round and has been elite at home.

    If we don’t make the finals this year then I’d be pretty bummed as I think outside of maybe another top four defenseman we really don’t have a weakness. Really starting to wish that we traded Necas for Chychrun.

    Colorado is fugging fast… could easily be up 3-1. From a pure aesthetic standpoint, Carolina and Colorado would make for a fun finals. Just pure speed.
