From bad to worse… apparently TDA said something to Duclair, obviously people guessing it was a racial slur. If it was… he’s gone.

This hopefully is a wake up call for this team. Won the second period and tied the third (excluding empty net/extra attacker) but the horrible first cost us the game.

I don’t think I like Ethan Bear… who exactly was he worried about on the left side… the boards?

Jarvis up to the third line, it’s a start.

No net front presence and the passing is too slow. Florida scored two power play goals because they had a net front presence on one and moved the puck really quickly to spread out the defense on the other. RBA’s power play is so predictable… it’s the bumper play or have TDA feed it to the sides for a one-timer.

Here’s the reason that’s a major. TDA literally warns Lomberg that he’s going to run Raanta by tapping him on the arm. Lomberg ignores, doesn’t pick his head up, and makes contact with the head. This type of play happens once a week and usually results in the players having the wherewithal to realize the goalie is out. Lomberg reaches out for the puck half heartedly knowing that there was going to be a collision. That poo was intentional. l

Need to get another one before this is over.

Power play is poo. They thought it was good because they beat up on shitty teams.

The main issue is that players are responsible for there whereabouts. Pick your fuging head and skate around him… This poo happens all the time but for some reason it’s always our goalies who get ran.

This game is over, putting in Raanta is more about not leaving Andersen out to dry and sending a message to the rest of the team that they played poorly enough to get their goalie chased.

There’s no sense in leaving your starting goalie in that you expect to play 60 games to get blitzed. Raanta should have been in after the third to at least send a message to the rest of the team that your play got your goalie ran off. And my God get Jarvis up on line one with the Finns.

The two trips were poo, TDA’s hook was a hook, they never showed Lorentz’s hook.

Penalties occur in 80% of every shift it’s just about whether the refs want to make the call. The calls have effectively taken the Canes off their game. Wouldn’t be surprised if this one gets out of hand because our guys are going to be too worried about getting called for a penalty.

Refs aren’t going to let us play… this is stupid.

Really wish they’d stick Jarvis up there with the Finns.

Good Lord, already getting jobbed early. Can’t let a southern team make history. Perfect storm for the NHL… let one southern team keep the other from making history.

I’d have dropped Bear down to play with Skjei and put TDA with Slavin. Slavin can make up for TDA’s mistakes and Bear is somewhat of a responsible d-man. Only downside is that TDA would then be on the ice with Barkov. (Edit: I stand corrected, I guess he’s not playing per Black Panther.)
