    Heels will have a new punter, Ben Kiernan is out for the year. Kobe Paysour is also out indefinitely. So while the Heels got Tez Walker back, they’ve lost Paysour. This might open up reps for Andre Greene Jr.

    If Carolina wins tonight they should get to 9-0 as long as they don’t overlook anyone. After tonight their next three games are against UVA, Georgia Tech, and Campbell.

    Canes might have hit on both their first and second round picks from this year. Nadeau had two goals and an assist in his collegiate debut for Maine, he also had a third goal waived off. Both Nadeau and FUS are looking real solid since being drafted by Carolina.

    I think the Canes will start much quicker out of the gate this year than they did last year. A lot of the lines were fluid last year during the start of the season, this year I think the lines were what we all expected. The Martinook - Staal - Fast line picked up right where they left off, I was really impressed with them. I also thought Brady had a great game as well.

    Think it’ll take Orlov some time to get used to our system, similar to how it took Burns a bit. Bunting is fitting right in though.

    I hope they don’t rush Svech back. Just go with 11 and 7 and rotate Lemiuex and Drury. You don’t win the cup in October but you can certainly lose it if you lose a player to a catastrophic injury.
