    Someone brought up that Joe Thornton played in the playoffs with a torn ACL because skating doesn’t require as much knee movement as running and cutting. I’d think for a defensemen it would be harder though because the opposing forwards will know that Pesce can only go forward and back, no side to side movements.

    I wouldn’t say it’s fine. I’d say the Islanders are content with keeping everything to the outside. Outside of Aho’s recent chance we haven’t really had any high danger chances.
