We play in the NFC south, and unless one of those teams is something we're missing on,, we can go 5-1 .. We also play the Jags, Redskins, Titans, Giants, and Texans .. I think all of them are in the pre-season bottom of the NFL power ratings. We have that tough stretch of Seahawks, Eagles, Colts , and Packers.. We could get a W or two in those games. We have the Cowgirls on Thanksgiving. We all know that mid Oct, - Mid Nov schedule is killer,, it may not define our season. Will we close well in Dec like our recent history has shown ? Will we be slow coming out of the gate ( like we've done in recent history ) ..?? Rivera and Shula , coming out strong is important.. ( rams have been building a team for years, time to take it from Seattle. )

Well,, we know Rivera likes players he already knows ( ie San Diego east ) and that is the check mark in Fozzy's column .. so Brandon probably won't be the player kept.. and I think those of you who think Brandon won't clear waivers , are also correct. I hope we I'm wrong on the above.

I am hoping Funchess gets over this injury bug and actually joins the team .. Right now his name should be "Decoy " ,, we talk about him as if he could be 700 yrd-1000 yd receiver ,, and we can't get him on the field.. Other teams are focused on him ( hince the name Decoy lol ) and will double cover him on the sidelines because of how much "hope" we'd put in him

I like the "Alternative " younger roster.. I always wonder what the coaches see, vs what we as fans see. Many of us are all on board with the Wegher's Wards etc.. But I wonder what the coaches see. I recall that I was sooooooo excited about Fozzy last season,, I'm not so much this year and based on what little I've seen, he and Tolbert would be gone.. I've not seen a lot from Corey Brown,, or Cochery ,, but I think one or both will be on the final 53. Sept 1st is first cuts. Is this when many teams cut big name players, so they might catch on with another team ?

I'm looking for the offense to come out and not throw the first two series away.. I hate slow starts.. I think we'll see more of Wegher and we'll discover we have another undrafted free agent make the team.. Diamond in the rough. Lee Ward will be another.. I hope to see J Stew ,, Shaq ,, a couple of WR grab our attention,, the middle of our defense line healthy.

Any one know how Brandon Wegher is doing ? I think Lee Ward will make the 53 man roster. ( put him behind Oher as a safety blocker for Cam ) 1st Post :)
