Finishing up that PAT sequence took almost as much time as Kansas City's touchdown drive
-
I know a dad who did that I've had enough experience with stepson silliness and even grandson silliness to understand
-
Good time to remember and mention that I really hate the "all the way to the ground" rule...
-
Wasn't necessarily a huge fan of that playcall either, but can't argue with success.
-
I get the logic of that playcall, but I still don't think I'd have made it.
-
Didn't mind that last play call, but reaching neither the goal line nor the line to gain hurts Good follow up by Hubbard though...
-
Ugh! "Diagnosed with a concussion" is the opening line to a lot of stories that have bad endings. Hope Sanders isn't one of those.
-
The obvious solution is a good strong backhand to the face... ...or not
-
Good news on Sanders... David Moore showing up today, gotta give him credit... Tremendous catch by Xavier Legette... And then a good hard run from Chuba Hubbard
-
There can be absolutely no questions regarding JT Sanders dedication and determination.
-
Right on his head, damn Amazing that he managed to hold on to the ball.
-
Awesome catch by Sanders, and the penalty is not on us
-
It probably wasn't, but I swear that felt like the longest drive I've ever watched.
-
I don't necessarily disagree with doing that. You just have to be wise about it....kinda lile everything else Floyd Reese once said he didn't always like involving coaches in personnel evaluation because they had a tendency to see a particular play, fall in love with that player and not see the whole picture. Of course on the flipside, we have the example our GM and scouts loving Bryce Young while Frank Reich preferred CJ Stroud

If you wanted Danny Dimes here’s the chance

Also funny as hell if they wound up needing him to play -
I'm not really sure that should have been a first down. Maybe it's just me
-
Had they finished that drive by missing the field goal, I'd have laughed my ass off
-
That was entertaining too
-
Watching the Chiefs go in the wrong direction is entertaining
-
Acknowledging that yes, we're down, still have to say so far this is not the kind of game I was expecting to see...at all
-
Decent response at least... I've got to give some credit to Dave Canales for his play designs. Some of them are looking pretty good. Things like bringing in an extra blocker because you plan to target a long developing route represent smart engineering. We haven't necessarily seen that sort of thing much in recent years.

And that's how we start things off

Aaaaaand how we start things off...

As to bringing in Jones, this idea feels like Sam Darnold Part Deux
