For those who actually did listen, Fitterer's comments about the coaching search interested me. He talked about Tepper being involved and played up his questions he asked, but also indicated that he and Morgan were basically the point men in the search process. That effectively ties him to Reich.

Scott Fitterer.... let's grade his drafts and FA signings
Mr. Scot replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
There were reasons to b-tch about every one of those guys. Fitterer is still largely an unknown. My personal opinion is that he's going to be good, but at this point there's no guarantee. Finding justification to fire him though would have been a stretch. -
Panthers Social Team is having too much fun
Mr. Scot replied to GRWatcher's topic in Carolina Panthers
It wouldn't surprise me -
Cut everybody who doesn't fall in line immediately!!! ... Or, ya know...don't cuz it'll probably be okay
-
To be fair, those clips are edited together from Hard Knocks so you can't really say he's constantly like that.

Well, it balances pretty well with the people who just want to b-tch about everything whether there's any actual reason to or not -
Yeah, Beasley'e putting how own spin on it. Several players have mentioned being disappointed for Wilks but also clarified they have no issue with Reich. Some have even said they're excited.

His defense of Matt Rhule was "he can just coach". I think you can see where this is headed
-
"We should do this!" "Yeah, he said that." "I didn't listen to the interview!" Mind you, I've had that same interaction with you in regard to stories, articles, analyses, etc. And now here you are defending that you don't need to educate yourself on something to make big bold statements about it. Wow

That's not my style either, but I had a Pee Wee coach who did that. You don't necessarily want to be that way all the time, but most of these guys have experienced it before....a lot.

It paints a pretty good picture of who we're dealing with. So does your last thread, honestly.

Know how I know you didn't listen to the interview?

Morgan actually credits Fitterer as the person who taught him how to be a scout. -
For background...

Pretty good interview
-
Josina Anderson said he got a little bit annoyed during the process and wasn't sure what he wanted to do but ultimately circled back to Miami.
-
Blessings for Matt Rhule...

Where did I say he wouldn't? (I'm not really sure what you're arguing against) -
Might be staying in Denver...
-
Side Note... Heh
-
I posted in it. ... What are we talking about?

The news of his interview actually came out before it was officially announced that the Texans had hired Demeco Ryans. (kinda let the cat outta the bag)

Person and others have reported that behind the scenes, If someone didn't agree to what Rhule wanted he'd basically badger them until they relented. He could have just overruled them but doing it this way he got to say "See? They agree with me". It's a very common trait of horrible, overbearing managers everywhere. -
Psyton may try to retain Evero in Denver...
