    i remember the 2006 team blocked an ass ton of shots. this team did that in game 3, and the caps didn’t get anything going. hopefully they’ve bought into that going forward. the defense will be tough to score on if they do.

    they must think the NHL is going to hand 8 the cup as a going away present, like the NFL did to Manning. they knocked the canes off their game tonight, but still needed an awful give away to win it. if the good guys take game 3, i think they win the series.

    22…they’ll win the pro bowl, too.

    caps looked like the better team tonight. i thought they were a lot more physical than in game one. let’s hope the good guys can kick it up a notch back home.
