  1. I mean, yeah....we all get it. PJ is not a great QB. But he IS an NFL level QB who has the ability to make plays with his arm sometimes. So, its not out of the realm of possibility that he could play well on Sunday.
  2. Honestly I can totally see something like that happening. PJ actually has a very nice deep ball and God knows Robby is due.
  3. They lie about their height/weight then, because if you look at CMC and look at PJ they are NOT the same. Google says PJ is 5'11" 216 and CMC is 5'11" 205....ain't no damn way PJ is 10 lbs heavier than CMC at the same height. CMC is built like a tree trunk and PJ looks like a tree branch.
  4. Yes! He is bad! Thats why hes the backup QB to freaking Teddy Bridgewater and Sam Darnold! Point is though, we all need to be rooting for him to play well on Sunday, regardless of your personal feelings towards him. I think some people around here (not necessarily you) like shitting on all the players and the team so that if they play bad on Sundays and if we lose, then can come back and say "See, I told you so."
  5. Hes a backup QB...how many backup QBs out there are "good"? If they were any good they would be a starter somewhere. Hell, there are not even 32 "good" starting QBs out there. Playing QB in the NFL is really hard, if you haven't already noticed.
  6. Are there really people who dont want Sam to be good, or is he just really not any good? There is a difference.
  7. Nobody thinks PJ Walker is the long term answer at QB for the Panthers. Hes the backup QB, who has a decent shot at actually playing on Sunday. If you want the Panthers to win, you should want PJ to be good.
  8. No I comprehended it just fine. You're just a 'tard. You're trying to blame Sam getting a concussion on the o-line on that play when he was 10 yards down the field. I'm trying to say he should have slid instead of taking on a defensive end like hes a fullback.
  9. Yeah I'm dumb, but in one sentence you talk about how stupid it would be to slide, then in the very next breath you talk about us "ruining QBs". Funny, our current QB is now injured because he didn't slide. Thats not the o-lines fault, thats not the coaches fault, thats Sam trying to be a hero instead of being smart and preserving his body. Pretty sure Rhule, Brady and everybody else would prefer him to get down, rather than fuging up his head and his shoulder on the same play. fug outta here with that bullshit. Oh, and Cam never slid like that because hes 6'5", 250 and built like a tank, while being the most prolific rushing QB in NFL history. Not exactly Sams skill-set, is it?
  10. I get that he was trying to score and all that, but that is why we have running backs...one of which happened to score a TD like 2 plays later.
  11. There would be no uproar. Hes a QB, not a RB. And i'll take some idiots talking poo on Twitter over our current situation. Just sayin'
  12. Sam is out there at practice right now, suited up, so its not 100% hes not gonna play on Sunday
  13. Both Sam and CMC are out participating in practice right now. So, so far, so good....looks like Sam may play after all!
  14. I haven't seen any official reporting saying Sam is out yet....
  15. No, im not saying they are a bad team. They are 4-4, just like us. They are an average team. Pretty much like us. Im not even saying we win, but I don't think they are going to wipe the field with us or anything either.
  16. Im not saying we're gonna blow them out or anything, but to act like we don't have a chance is silly. You act like we're 0-8 or some poo.
  17. Yes? And? We're facing a depleted Pats offense with no real impact players and a rookie QB. We may be getting CMC back, and the defense should hold their offense in check. This is a very winnable game. Its not like we're facing the Tom Brady led Pats.
  18. Well we DID win a game last year that PJ started 20-0, so its not like its impossible for him to win us a ballgame.
